Henley stood there in silent looking at Jenson and Henna who were sitting at the couch. He looked at his wristwatch. He was going to be late with his appointments in the clinic.
He sighed. "I will talk to you two later tonight." Then his phone rings. "Hello, yes, I am on my way. No, I forgot something so I went back to my apartment." He said and went to his room.
A few minutes he went out. "I will see you two tonight for explanation." He said and closed the door behind.
Jenson and Henna were speechless for a moment there. However, Jenson break the ice of silence.
"Henna Wu" She looked at him in the eyes and Jenson takes another shot. "Will you marry me? I want your answer now, not later, not tonight but NOW." He said in serious tone voice.
Henna stared at him longer that Jenson got scared to know her answer. 'What if she said no? What should he do then?'
He stared at her as she did. "Yes, I will marry you."
"Really?" Henna nodded. "Oh Sweetie, Henna Wu I love you so much." Then she grabbed her waist to kiss her lips and said, "Where is your room?"
Henna beats his thighs. "You are kidding right."
Jenson replied. "Nope, I miss you for two days."
Henna pointed her room without wasting more time. He carried her like bridal style. They did not mind about what would be Henley is saying when he comes back. They just released their misses each other. That would really matter to them.
It was past six in the evening when they both woke up. Their tummies were growling from hunger. They forgot to eat lunch they just focus on patching up the time.
They were in the kitchen after both cleaning up themselves. Sophie arrived first and brought some fruits in her hands. She was complete surprise to see Jenson with Henna.
"Hi there, stranger. What are you doing here?" She was referring to Jenson of course. "I presume that it had something to do with Henna's finger." Sophie saw Henna's ring that she did not see it before.
"Well, sort of and Henley knew about us." He grinned.
"Hahaha… that's new. I haven't seen him at the hospital today." She said raising her brow.
Jenson finished cooking supper when Henley arrived.
His face was just normal Henna thought. They fixed the table and waited for Henley to wash up.
The four of them ate silently for the first time. No one was able to talk first. Sophie and Henna volunteer to wash the dishes while the boys were heading to the balcony for a drink.
Henley sat down then put all the beers on the table. Jenson followed and starts drinking first. He should be the one to open up to his friend.
"Bro, I know you are mad to me and I am so sorry." He said apologetically. "Henna and I were seeing each other quite sometimes now."
Henley drinks his beer until the bottle was empty. "I know." He said without looking at him. "I know about you two all along."
"What!" Jenson completely shocked. "How come you know?
"I got some hints to you and to Henna when we were younger. I know my sister more than you do." Henley continued. "I know that she has feelings for you. Since you became his savior but I was pretending to be blind. Growing up she did not entertain suitors or even have a boyfriend."
He gulped another bottle. "I know she is waiting for you. Even if you will not into her, she will always love you secretly. Even if you marry other woman, you were her forever."
Jenson did not know about Henna. "I saw you how you keep looking at her secretly too. I know you have something on her and you just afraid I get mad right?!" Jenson nodded. "When I saw you rushed to her on the dance floor when that guy pestering her. I know you cares for her." Henley paused. "The way you both hiding your feelings with each other I know it all."
Jenson was speechless. "I am happy that the two of you will end up marrying each other, bro." Henley's voice was calm and authoritative. "Jenson, do not hurt my sister. She is all I have and you know that. She never had any kind of romantic relationship with other man. So, do not do stupid things for her or else I will be your worst enemy." He warned him.
"I know bro, I know. I will assure you that I will treat and love her forever."
They were off the road going back to S City. Henna brought all her things and the vacation to Milky Way County was over.
Nevertheless, she was indeed happy with the outcome of all the things she did during her stay. It was definitely one of the best in her life. She is engaged with the man of her dream and the future of her life.
Glancing at Jenson her heart was overwhelmed. He is the most handsome man she ever loved. The efforts of waiting were worth it. Jenson got a peek on her while driving, smiling so sweet in his lips. He held her hands and places it to his lips once in a while.
Arriving in the city not long after. They pulled the car in but not Henna's place. They were in Jenson's house as it stopped. Henna glanced at him and wondered.
Jenson faced her, "From now on, this is where you live but after vacation we will live together at your house or wherever you wish to go."
"I do not mind where we should live as long as I can be with you every night and waking up every morning by your side that's all matters to me." She said with a cute smile.
"You…little tease." Jenson grabbed her waist to lean her closer to him.
Henna heart is pounding fast again Jenson's face getting closer. "Sweetie, I would like to do it in the car." He said as he licked his tongue to her lips. Henna narrowed her eyes in shocked. This must be first.
