Jenson called their parents to tell them some good news. Her parents were out of the country so they will be back by Sunday.
However, Henna's parents especially her mother was so exaggerated. They dropped by to the hospital after they were off from work.
"Oh, my little girl is having a baby." Her mother says as soon as they arrived. Mr. Wu was just shaking his head.
His wife was just excited just like him because it is their first grandchild.
"Mom, stop it." Henna smiled.
"What?" Mrs. Wu rolled her eyes. "I am excited for my first grandchild."
"I love you mom." Henna hugged her mother.
Henna needed to stop teaching for a while because of her pregnancy. It was not easy on her behalf if she keeps on vomiting in front of her class or she keeps on dizzy.
It will scare the children with her situations. Her doctor advises her to stay in bed for a while since she was having a difficult pregnancy.
She did not protest because it is for her own good and to their baby too. Jenson was being attentive and being there for her most of the time. He left only if he is need to attend to his businesses.
But so far so good every single day Henna's journey to their baby he was there. Henna got more on a mood swing often but Jenson was very patience to her. She even wakes him up anytime she wants something to eat and Jenson will automatically do what she asks for.
Pregnancy is somewhat hard but when that difficult stage you will overcome it. It was definitely something good would bear in the end.
They lived in Jenson's house after they came from the hospital. They got helper to do all the household chores. Their wedding was postponed because of difficult pregnancy at that time.
Henna was in the kitchen preparing something for dinner since Jenson was still in the club but will return home soon. She is now due anytime soon.
She is planning to cook for supper is Spicy Pork Bowl with Greens and Carrots. She already cooked Garlic Fried Rice and even made Macaroni Salad for dessert.
She was preparing the last cooking menu for the night when she felt something in her stomach. She ignored the pain and thinking it was nothing.
However, the pain was giving her every five minutes interval. She was got scared suddenly thinking something maybe… then she stopped her thoughts.
Then she felt her water broke. Henna called her helper. "Marie." Marie rushed to her. "Call Jenson please."
Marie quickly grabbed Henna's cellphone and pushed the speed dial number one. She pushed the speaker on.
"Hey sweetie, what's up?" Jenson answered right away.
"Mr. Jenson, it's Marie, please come over Ms. Henna water is broke." Henna screamed.
"Wa-whaat? Wait I am almost there." He said without cutting each other's phone. "Almost there, sweetie, almost there, hold on just a second I am coming."
Henna was walking towards the front door with Marie. But she could not take it anymore. Marie assists her sat laying down in the couch in the living room and soon Jenson arrived.
"Hey, sweetie let's go to the hospital." Jenson said but Henna did not move.
"Aaah, I think I cannot go I think the baby is coming." She screamed.
Jenson was startled and do not know what to do. He called 911 and gave them their address. He called Sophie too while waiting for the rescue time.
"Hello Sophie."
"Yes, Jenson what's the matter?"
"I think the baby is coming and we were still in the house and Henna cannot make it to the hospital. I do not know what to do." He was scared to be alone with Henna while looking at her situation.
"Okay, just calm down and put me on speaker so that Henna can hear me too." Sophie said. Jenson did what he been told.
"I cannot take it anymore I think…" Henna said aloud that Sophie could hear her.
"Okay, okay Jenson lie her down properly. Wash your hands properly. Get some clean water in the basin." Sophie instructed him everything while Henna was shouting that she can feel the baby is about to come out.
Jenson left to get what Sophie said while Marie attending Henna.
Jenson calmed himself did everything what he instructed while holding Henna's knees. Yeah, he was in front of Henna's legs and doing as what Sophie told him to do.
He can see little by little the head of the baby while Henna keeps on pushing so that the baby will come out.
The cries of the baby heard when the front door opened. The rescuers came to continue what has left of. Henna transferred to the hospital for properly treated and the baby too.
Morning came; Henna and the baby were in good health as they checked them thoroughly in the hospital. She was still asleep in the hospital room after giving birth to a lovely girl. Hannah Jean Lee.
Jenson was very attentively looking at their daughter in his arms. The door opened, both of their parents came in as soon as he contacted them about Henna and their daughter.
"Oh my, our cute little angel, Hannah." Jenson's mother rushed in to him while Henna's mother smiled at him and the baby.
"Oh well, as I can see my first granddaughter who looks like his grandpa." As Henna's dad looked at Hannah as he burst out laughter and everyone's laughter has heard inside the room.
"Really dad?!" a voice of Henna's said questioning her own father as she heard him say it loud. But a smile on her face shows the happiness she felt in her surroundings.
Jenson walked closer to her as he put the baby in her arms to carry. Henna's eyes were twinkling as she stares at her own flesh and blood. She could not imagine that she has her. She could not imagine she is now a mom of this beautiful angel.
She cried as she kissed her daughter's cheek and spoke. "I love you so much my angel. Thank you for being my baby."
Jenson kissed her forehead as he looked at her wife and daughter. "I love you two." He whispered.
Henna looked up to him and said with proud. "Thank you sweetie, I love you so much."
