I feel my hands
Intertwined and flex
And the jump in my shoulders
I feel my ring as my fingers compress against each other
I see the ornaments ordimenting my leggings
I hear 'podcast,' my selective listening attuned to my interests.
The clickty clack clack of my neighbor the table over, the pauses between which are filled by voices, louder, becoming exited, making connections and creating lights in their brain that the data records them connect.
Connection.
I feel my hands
Intertwine and flex
And I reconnect, reminding myself of what and who's around me.

Our mindset affects us, we project the thoughts our mind tells us. And when we inspect in attempts to find where we weren't correct
That we get so caught up in our minds-
and disconnect
Blinded by what's in front of us, we forget to look around.
So absorbed in a thought,
we neglect ourselves.
Once we realize we're dong this, we can redirect to pause, rather than seeking the problem, look at the cause; you're exhausted.
You forget to sleep,
and even the greatest of humans
Need
to
sleep
