Iyasu Hospital, Japan
The red light goes off. The atmosphere was tense outside the operation theatre. While Fuyu and Mrs. Ken were standing outside the operation theatre, reporters were shouting at the main entrance. A doctor comes out. He says, "He is in a serious state. I don't know how this child has survived, but it is the biggest miracle I have ever seen. We have managed to stop the bleeding from the wound on his abdomen, but he has already lost a lot of blood. His blood type is rare and we don't have that blood in the blood bank. For now we have managed to get some from other hospitals but we need someone to donate blood soon. We have to find a donor with the same blood type in less than 12 hours."
"Also I need the previous reports of the surgeries to continue the treatment." he says after a pause and then goes back in the room.
"Mom, how would we manage for a donor? Father has the same type but he is the States and he can't return so soon." Fuyu asks.
"We can't lose hope. We will surely find someone. For now, I am going to start searching in the blood blanks of others hospitals. Reporters are lined outside the entrance. All eyes are on us. Fuyu, you'll remain with your brother here."
Geongang Hospital, South Korea
"It's nothing major but he will have to rest for a few weeks. You will have to discontinue dance practices for some time so that the muscles are not pressurized, instead I would recommend that he takes physiotherapy sessions. Also, I have prescribed him some medicines which have to be taken regularly for a month. These will help in healing the muscles. He will be discharged tomorrow. " The doctor says before he leaves.
"I guess I'll rest for some time." Zeal says as he sees Seri look at him in anger filled eyes. He tries to control his laughter but Seri's plum red face makes him unable to control his laughter.
"You look like a pissed carrot when you are angry" He says.
"It's better than breaking your leg, ouch. That's worst. Second thing, a carrot cannot be pissed" She says with a fake laugh.
Zeal shoots a fake death glare.
"And I would rather look pissed than look at the white hospital ceiling." She adds as she leaves the room.
"Gosh, she drives me crazy. Even god regretted after making her." He says after he is sure that she had left the room. He looks at the room, he could feel her around him even though she had left.
'This medicine is really messing up with my brain.' He thinks and closes his eyes and drifts into sleep.
Iyasu Hospital, Japan
After 6 Hours
Fuyu was sitting next to Reo when her mother comes inside. "Fuyu, can you come outside for a second?" she says. Fuyu follows her out, silently closing the door trying not to wake her brother. "Fuyu, how did you manage to find blood? I believe there is no blood available in the blood banks."
"Actually when you went, I saw a boy. He helped me, I mean us." She says.
Her mother keeps looking at her in hope for her to elaborate.
"To cut the long story short, he was trying to explain the nurse something in English. But she wasn't able to decipher what he was saying. It looked like he desperately wanted help. So, I approached him and helped him by translating it. And then somehow I found that he had the same blood type as Reo's, so I asked for his help and he helped me." She says giving the bare minimum information.
"Where is he currently? Was he certified by the doctor before transfusion?" Mrs.Ken asks.
"He is currently inside the ward. Doctor gave him some medicines and told him to rest for a while. He was tested before the donation." She says trying to show that she wasn't a kid.
"And for the payment?" Mrs. Ken asks.
"He denied for it and said that friends don't pay each other." She says shaking her head folding her arms.
Geongang Hospital, South Korea
The Next day
"Hey, the director wants to meet you" Seri saays splashing water from a half filled-glass on Zeal's face.
"Couldn't expect a more civil way for waking someone from you" Zeal says trying to get up and sit.
"How else could you understand me?" says Seri.
"Are you free this weekend?" She says after a moment of silence.
"Go on. Don't be shy. Ask me out." He says with a smirk on his face.
"Okay, go out." She says with a fake smike.
"As long as I remember, I just have to get my passport renewed, then go for the recording of a song and complete the shoot for an M/V" He says.
"So, considering that you are free, you are going to meet the director on-" "Will you go with me?" Zeal says cutting her short.
"Sorry, I will be having a headache this Saturday." She replies with a smirk.
"NICE." He says sarcastically. "Anything else?" He asks as felt that she was keeping something from him.
"Also you will be discharged from the hospital today, so you will be going to school from Monday. By the way, you have been accepted." She says picking her back-pack and not trying to look into his eyes. She was more happy than him but she didn't want to show it.
"Oh. Ok. WAIT. What? I HAVE BEEN ACCEPTED?" He shouts and shoots up from his bed causing him to fall back there with a jerk.
"Ouch, the world has a wheelchair you know?" She giggles as she closes the door.
