Chapter 4 - CHAPTER two

Reo's POV

The fierce winds were ripping my cheeks. My eyelids were feeling heavier than stones. The heavy rain drops were making me sink. My body was powerless. I was not able to shift a centimeter when something pierced through me. I was no more feeling any pain.

I opened my eyes. I had the same nightmare again. It had been nine years but all the memories were still fresh as new.

He grabs the tablets and capsules kept on the bedside. His heartbeat elevates and then drops. He takes out his phone and writes whatever he remembers. His pillows were drenched from sweat, tears and.. blood. He steps out of his bed and moves towards the washroom and locks it from inside. He didn't switch the lights on but closed every possible source from where light could enter. He didn't have a mirror in his washroom, he hated seeing himself. He opens the tap of the bathtub and removes his white t-shirt which was now red. He dips his body in the cold water. It was more like he wanted to drown in it. He moves his head underwater. Blood mixed water startes dripping from the bathtub. Bubbles of air were escaping the surface of the water, making loud sounds. He was having auditory hallucinations. He wanted to clear his head. More like find the pieces of the jigsaw puzzle of his life. He wasn't able to bear the pressure anymore so he raises his head out of the water. He shuts his eyelids, tries to go again through the painful memories. He hears a knock or so he believed.

"Reo, are you all right?"

"Reo, are you there inside?"

"I know you are there"

"Please say a word"

"Reo, you are scaring me"

"Reo…"

He was feeling a bubble in his chest, a bubble that was expanding more by the second threatening to break apart from inside. Red water was overflowing and was now moving out of the space beneath the door. Fuyu gives a silent scream. He was inside.

She hacks into the digital lock. It didn't open. Reo wasn't foolish to keep an easy pin. She starts thinking of the alternatives. She connects it with her mobile's Bluetooth and through it transfers her brother's biometric fingerprint on it. Nervously, she rotates the knob. To her luck, the spring lock wasn't closed. The door opens. Red water was filled in every corner. She carefully moves towards Reo trying not to slip or make any sound. Silent tears released from her reddish-grey colored eyes. After each step, she felt like she would slip.

IN South Korea

Today was the debut. The debut of the most awaited idol. Any time now he would be on the stage which would decide his future. The lights go off. The stage starts splitting. A floor emerges from the underneath of the stage. The atmosphere was silent. The only sound which existed was made by the stage. A figure appears. Spotlight focuses on a young boy wearing a black leather jacket and black ripped jeans. The crowd goes wild.

Zeal's POV

I had my back towards the audience. The background music starts playing. A spotlight puts focus on me. I turn. The circular stadium was filled with crowd. I start my footwork. As the music gains pitch, I start singing. As the speed increases I start my rap- the most important part of the performance. The lightstick filled atmosphere encourages me to put more and more energy. As the music stops, I make a knee drop. The spotlight disappears. I start singing the last part of the song which was without the background music. I start moving toward the front end of the stage. Suddenly, I fall. To my dismay, the spotlight again focuses. Everything becomes silent. I know I would break my leg but still I try to make it look a flip and then end my performance with a two - handed elbow hop. I smile at the audience for the last time and the floor starts going down.

I was transferred to my green room. My manager and the director were waiting for me there. I am nervous. An arm flungs over my eyes. I try to remain calm and turn. It is Seri.

"Did I scare you?" She asks laughing.

"No. You just chased me half way to death." I try to give a faint smile as she had almost taken my life out. As the after effect of the mad stunt I did at the last, my knee starts hurting uncontrollably and I fall. I try to stand but I am not able to gain my balance.
