Chapter 4 - Plan
When I woke up I took a hot shower, I don't know why, but I just love hot water, then I had breakfast and got ready for school.
The day at school went as usual (boring !!!) so I quickly went home.
Now, having thought over my training plan, I decided to write it on a piece of paper.
* Plan: *
1) Push-ups - five times;
2) Squats - fifteen times;
3) swing press - twenty times;
4) Running - one kilometer;
5) The horizontal bar - five times.
Although this seems easy at first glance, but I decided to double the load every two days, except for running, which I will increase once a week, you probably think why I do so little different exercises, and this is because I almost I never went in for sports, except for warming up at school.
Although it may seem strange that I increase the load on the body so quickly, but after reading on some sites and various articles they say that this way I can achieve better results, because muscles under high load develop faster, but there is also a risk of damage to them . Finally, tomorrow is the last day at school and the two-week vacation will begin before the summer, and this can not but rejoice.
Arriving from school on Friday, I decided that I also need to change my sleep pattern because I go to bed very late and my body does not have time to recover, but now imagine if I will go in for sports.
So I decided to go to bed at eleven in the evening and wake up at seven.
My day will start with a kilometer run, and then breakfast, I remembered I also decided to eat as athletes, so tomorrow I go to a nutritionist who will make me the right nutrition for my body and body.
So I got a little off topic, after breakfast I will rest for about an hour so that my muscles recover and that I digest all the food in my stomach. And after the rest of the beginner, real training and a challenge to my body.
"The next day"
By some miracle, under the alarm clock, I woke up at seven in the morning and took a hot shower, after that I put on my gray sweatpants and a sweater with a hood, I left the house, I went to the nearest park near my house, if you don't go very fast, you can walk in twenty minutes.
You probably think why the park, I'll say: because it would be possible to run anywhere, but we guys like to look at the girls who are also engaged. To be honest, I really respect the girls who look after their body and go in for sports.
Going to the kilometer track, which was just my norm for today, I started my race. Two minutes later I ate running, although I ran only seven hundred meters and this is not so much at first glance, but for my untrained body it was hell!
And so, having reached my first kilometer, I fell back on the grass, which was not so far only a few meters from me with an incomprehensible expression on my face, I was happy that I was able to fulfill the first point of the plan.
To be honest, after I fell on the back of half the people in the stadium, they turned their heads towards me and they looked at my face, although I understood that it expresses something wrong, but I was very happy for such a job and I didn't care what they thought of me. And so having gathered, I went home all wet, at home I took a shower again.
I gathered in casual clothes and went to a nutritionist. Entering the hospital, I immediately went to ask the doctors, who were obviously at a break where Dr. Schinde was.
Five minutes passed and I finally found her, she has an office on the eleventh floor and at the very end of the corridor. Having visited her, I passed some physical tests, and then they wrote me what and how to take.
An hour later, I returned home and continued training, I started with squats and it was rather difficult, I realized that my feet are tomorrow's kapets, but I didn't relax, I have a goal to become stronger by the summer to do some kind of martial arts.
Then there were push-ups: I will say this in my chest and shoulders there was an unbearable pain after five times.
Let's go to the press, I lay down on the rug in my room and caught my feet on the bed, I started, the first twelve times were quite light, but after that the press refused to lift me up, I ate ate finalized this exercise in three minutes, now you can imagine how I finished it exercise, with pain in pres I rolled and lay.
After resting for fifteen minutes, I went outside, since there is a horizontal bar near my house, otherwise I wouldn't have reached the park, I clutched the horizontal bar and surprisingly I did it four times very easily, but the fifth didn't go so smoothly so I had to give it all .
Finally finished, I lay down on the bed and my muscles in the body immediately refused the following actions for a while. I lay in bed for more than two hours and finally the pain in the body went away, I went to cook myself a meal on the recommendation of a doctor, to be honest it tasted not very tasty.
I thought why I hadn't been involved in sports before, it was easier now to get in shape for training, but after a while I stopped thinking about it: it makes no sense to think about what is impossible to fix.
Now it's about nine o'clock in the evening and I decided why I should not do the exercises in the second round.
And so another half hour of suffering in my body passed, I went and took a shower, going to bed fell like a corpse and did not move my body until the very morning.
