Chapter 23 - Faye Wolfe

"Good morning everyone, we wanted to post a quick video to extend our gratitude to you all," Aziel said with a bright smile as he was lounging out on the balcony with Zeven inside their outdoor hot tub. "...Oh but first, check out our rad balcony Zeven and I went a little ham on."

What the...Alright, how did they manage to get a hot tub on their balcony?!

And a little ham? It didn't even look like the same balcony like Rhea's. As Aziel twisted the camera around to the view of the balcony, Rhea was beginning to feel like they didn't even live at the same condo anymore because they styled it so much to look like some other grand condo off the coasts of the ocean or something. Their balcony was surprisingly filled with pots of plants and flowers, as well as what seemed like an electric grill.

"What do you all think?" Aziel asked, as comments from fans kept flooding in.

The hues of the golden hour from the sun really made their skin look glassy and bronzed. Both of their hairs were tousled and messy from the wind that blew by. Even though Rhea still had a dislike of their kinky tastes, both mind and heart could not deny that their attraction levels were off the roof. She didn't think they should even be outside without a shirt on.

It should be illegal. A passing bird could forget how to fly, for goodness sake!

Their muscles were shamelessly flexing gloriously for all to see, dripping wet and glistening with the hot tub water. Rhea felt her drool leaking but she shook her head to remind herself that they were still into strange bedroom foreplay.

She was watching a video that the twins had posted live this morning when she was still crying inside. Why was she crying inside?

Because she gave in to Sasha a few days ago and called her saying, 'Fine I'll do it.'

'What? No way...Am I dead?'

'I will be when this event happens...'

'Oh Rhea, thank you! I'll go on and notify everyone about the good news. This will also be a huge step in your writing career.'

Rhea was snapped back to reality as Zeven looked into the camera, "We've always wanted to meet Faye Wolfe but it was difficult for anyone, even the media to get any news about her. You junkies are the best for making our dreams come true."

Aziel nodded and smiled. "This is the best birthday gift we could have ever asked for. Thank you junkies."

The reason why she couldn't stop crying inside was because today was the special fan event. Every time she thought about meeting new people and being outside underneath the sunlight, her anxiety took a hold of her. Today especially, she was wrapped inside her blanket like the mightiest monster. The sound of her door creaking open jolted her sideways.

"Rhea?" Sasha's voice echoed into the room as Rhea quickly shut off her laptop. She almost flew backwards when laying eyes on Rhea. "...Ah! Geez, you look scarier than usual."

"I've changed my mind. I actually wouldn't mind a new editor."

"Rhea! I thought we were past this. It's no time to joke around...After all, I brought the preparations you asked for~ Holly, it's your time to shine!"

Some random side character girl named Holly appeared from out of nowhere. Her eyes glinted through the darkness and this scared Rhea. Holly's hands scarily waved in the air like bird claws, ready to snacth poor Rhea at any second.

"I'm Holly. Nice to meet you Rhea...Now, why don't we get you all cleaned up and caked?"

Rhea shrieked away and squealed as this Holly girl came and dragged her from out of the blankets. She had to keep reminding herself that she gave Sasha consent to do this. Even still, she didn't like that some woman she barely knew was giving her a shower and scrubbing her from head to toe. The water running through her skin felt nice but Holly scrubbed her skin without remorse.

And then she was forced to put lotion on her body, something she hadn't done in ages. Rhea swore she felt like her skin was cracking. But by the end of the skin session, Holly miraculously made her skin shiny and baby smooth. She was practically glowing.

"...Sasha informed me that you wanted to look like an entirely different person?"

Rhea wanted to look so different that the twins wouldn't be able to recognize her at all. She nodded, "Yes. I want an image that would make someone unable to recognize my current self."

"Heh, just sit back tight and relish in the power of makeup darling!"

So that's what Rhea did. She sat back and awaited her disastrous future. Holly fixed a wig onto her and then proceeded to apply makeup on her face. An hour must have passed by before Rhea was awakened from her deep sleep.

"...And done!" she then shook her head in disbelief. "Sasha is going to be so proud. You look stunning, darling!"

Rhea looked over to a stunned Sasha, watching as she struggled with words and rubbed her eyes. "Where did Rhea go? Who's that?"

Holly happily exclaimed while giving Rhea a hand mirror. "Go on, look at yourself."

She took the hand mirror and looked at her reflection. At the woman who would go out and be known as Faye Wolfe. Her jaw dropped. Now, she had the same concern as Sasha. As if during her sleep, she accidentally flew into someone else's body!

Rhea tilted the mirror to look a herself and was convinced that Holly was a magician. She wore a long curly red wig that was ten thousand more times elegant and healthier looking than her real hair. And her face...The foundation made her skin appear flawless. Her eyebrows were perfectly angled while her eyes exuded this dark smoky look one would see on an actress.

Her hand flew to her parted cherry lips, looking further down at her revealing clothing that the real Rhea Everson would never in a million years wear. The top was a low cut revealing white blouse with ruffles on the side, matched with a light cream colored pencil skirt. She couldn't stop staring at herself, feeling so foreign.

Magic radiated from every part of her being, truly making her unrecognizable.

Sasha handed her dark sunglasses. "This ought to complete your look."

Rhea slipped on the dark sunglasses and forced a smile in the mirror to practice the unfamiliar motion, reminding herself that with this she could pretend that Faye Wolfe was a confident and well liked author.

Of course, this should fool those twins too.

"This is so exciting!" Sasha shouted, looking too jolly for Rhea's liking.

Even Holly beamed at her. "My beautiful artwork...You'll surely turn heads at the fan event darling!"

Rhea only groaned.

"...Ugh. Let's just hurry up and get this over with."
