He's acted this way since they passed by the buildings with Yang's poster. The news of Yang's return has the attention of everyone in town. Setsura didn't realize he was this popular before. Or rather, so that's what he was up to. She thought Yang was sneaking around and cheating on her. But it turns out he decided to return to his job.
