As agreed, they left the town a day earlier than scheduled and would stay one night in the winery before continue.
Because they travelled with little boys, they stopped frequently after half an hour or so. They took ten to fifteen minutes break them continued their trip.
In normall circumstances, it took three hours to reach their first destination. Due to this little distrubtion, they took nearly twice longer. Michelle knew the area very well, she suggested to have lunch on small town close by and every one were on board.
They just finished their lunch on the local restaurant and to continue their trip. however, the boys were nagging to their parents to let them play at the playground on the local park.
"Fifteen minutes, okay ?" Michelle said firmly.
"Thank you mum"
"Thank you aunty"
The kids ran happily. They started to climbed here and there and ran around like a group of little monkeys.
The adult were huddled together. They were chatting but their eye never left the boys.
Since Kenichi and Cacha came from north which was in the middle of winter, The weather was to warm for them. They chose to sit on the bench underneath a tree to hide from the sun. She rested her head on Kenichi shoulder.
He kneaded her hand and kissed her forhead "Are you tired ?"
"A little. Hubby, you known that I'm so happy and ease now. When I received wedding present from my brothers, I felt uneased. I thought they forced their self to give me such a grand present. I'm so relief now, My brothers finance is getting better"
Cacha stared at the row of cars parked there. Nick had the latest BMW series. Due to his size, Sean fancied four wheel drive, he now owned a latest model of land rover. Alan drove Lexus. Josh who used to drive second hand car, now drove audi. Even their parents car had been upgraded to Mercedes.
He put his hand on her waist "According to their personality, they won't spend more than what they can afford"
"I know"
Alan waived his hands to them "Woi.. you two, come here".
Kenichi stood up rightaway. Cacha pouted and reluctantly stood up. She clang on his hand and walked together to where her sibling were.
"Should I carry you ?"
She tilted her head and twitched "It only few steps left. Anyway, My sisters will tease me"
"Only 30 minutes drive from here. So, we won't take any break after this" Alan pointed at Kenichi "As soon as we are there. I'll bring you to the owner straightaway, and the rest, you can come with us or wait for us"
"Okay"
"Sure"
"No problem"
"Well, lets go then"
less than 30 minutes, they arrived at their destination. As soon as the car's door opened, the kids who were as energic as ever ran away and reunited with their cousins again.
"Hugh, come here. Lets say hello to your granduncle" Alan yelled.
Michelled carried Hewit with her "Don't mind him. He's too busy playing. Lets go inside"
"You guys go. I stay here to watch for the boys" Josh was too lazy to walk.
Michelle second uncle was waiting for them for while.
"Uncle, this is our little sister husband. He's the one who had interest to buy this place" Michelle said.
"Hello. How do you do ?"
"Hello."
As soon as they greeted each other, he walked them through the whole estate explanining this and that.
At the end of the tour, he brought them to the wine factory and storage.
"This is batch is ready to sell" He filled the glass from the wine barrel.
Her uncle looked at Kenichi "Do you have knowledge about wine ?"
Kenichi smiled as he took one glass "A little" He twirled the glass and smelt it. His eyes twinkled. He was a wine lover, he knew it was a high quality of wine only from the smell and the texture. He drank one sip and closed his eye. Excellent.. He took another sip to confirm, it was excellent wine.
He looked at Cacha "Babe, do you want to try it ?"
Cacha nodded. She took a sip but did not say anything only wrinkled her nose Eventhough, she grew up in western country, She knew nothing about wine. For her, it was awful drink. She preferred juice or bubble milk tea. Kenichi laughed at her ugly face.
Michelle uncle smiled. He could tell that this young man might be not an expert but he understood wine very well.
"Can I trust the one who managed this place ?" he had read the financial report of the winery last night. He had no concerns about it. He could easily find the market to sell the wine, he only worried about the production
"Yes. He's been working for me for while. He actually worries the new owner will transform this place to different farm"
"K, Don't worry. He and my Dad grew up together. You can trust him"
"If third sister said so, then I go with you"
Cacha looked at Kenichi " Hubby Are you going to buy this place ?"
"Most likely. The wine quality is excellent, it's good for business. Also, Dad can stay here and enjoyed farming"
"Oh" Cacha was figuring out how much losn the bank would approved for and how much money they had for the deposit.
Michelle uncle then took them back to the main house. Kenichi was happy with the house, it was big enough to accommodate the family and well maintained.
"Second brother, can you help me to settle this property purchase ?"
Sean nodded "It's not what lawyer normally do, property settlement is normally solicitor's job. But For my family, of course I can do. Have you got the pre-approval from tbe bank yet ?"
Michelle's uncle was stunned. Many people already inspected the place. They told him and the real estate company that they needed extra time to consider. They also had to check with their financial institution and accountant first. It was not small investment at all. But, this young man decided in matter of hour.
"Young man, have you think carefully ? we are very good with production but it's hard to find market. I only tell you this matter because I considered you as Michelle brother which means our family as well"
"He is right. K, you are about to buy a real estate man. Not shoe or clothes" Hans added.
Nick did not say anything. He knew that this man was something, different fron the most.
Kenichi tightened his hand on Cacha waist and looked at her with affection "Thank you babe". He was very greatfull to his wife. Eversince he met her, he was surrounded by a lot of people who cared about him.
Cacha was at lost. did he say thank you to her ? why ? should he thanked to the uncles instead ?
well, sometime she could not understand him in some fields. Especially when it relates to bed activity. In saying that, she gave her sweetest smile back at him.
