Chapter 772 - The Ark Of First Wing: Azure Skies Of Helios

As the couple continued to bicker, Mavislin and the rest were all headed to the Black Knight's lair when they stumbled upon the skeletal remains of those that tried to get close to the King. Rina shivered while Mordred regulated her breaths so she won't freak out.

It was customary for anyone to have those kinds of reactions, but the Knight of Rebellion shouldn't feel so panicked when she fought on top of a mountain of corpses during her fights. But still... Duncan, on the hand, could not be bothered by the sight of the bodies.

But he didn't exactly like the smell, so he allowed the Ankou to control the body first. As for Bryan and Ashley, both Mages were thinking about how to deploy the spells so they wouldn't get sent to the Mirror World. For Ashley, it would be safe since Mavislin can force him to die to get back into Euphoria.

For Bryan, however, it's not an easy task unless Mavislin goes on a neverending journey to get her Slayer back from the other world. Prevention is better than a solution in this case. But everyone's thoughts were broken when the silence was broken by charging footsteps.

The Valkyrie stood before the gang as she placed her palm outwards. The horde of porcelain dolls came out from the turn at the side, armed with various weapons, from spears to swords. As Mavislin squinted at the army, she recognized those weaponry designs.

"Well, well, well... It looks like Vincent has been working overtime to get these pieces of trash, those fine weapons... But, unfortunately, they're not going to fly against me," announced Mavislin as her Elemental Energy solidified into streams of rainbow ribbons, dancing about her figure.

"I haven't shown off my Original Spell, right? Well, you're in for a treat since I don't always get a chance to clear huge waves of enemies. And since my limiter has been half-released, Gillian's permitting me to use it again after so many years," continued Mavislin as she smiled.

"I thought your Original Spell was the alter versions of Heaven's Wheel?" asked Ashley as he gestured for the children to step back.

"Oh? Those few spells were created from the spur of the Tock; I don't call them my Original Spell. Plus, it uses the Heaven's Wheel Spells, so it doesn't count as my own. Let's say my Original Spell is a mix of different Elements."

"That's why it's so powerful," answered the Valkyrie as the rainbow streams converged into her palm to create a new weapon.

As the Elemental Energy dispersed, Mavislin held onto a beautiful claymore sword of gold and red. The blade was slightly wider than usual swords, but it proved no problem for the Valkyrie as she used a single arm to hoist the sword above her head, similar to how Mordred uses Clarent.

"Mordred isn't the only one who knows how to turn a two-handed sword into a one-handed toy," said Mavislin as the blade erupted into a rainbow-colored light.

"Hear me, the Air Of the Skies. Tell me, the Waters Of Cascadia. Gaze upon me, the Flames Of Helios. Show me the Beauty of Gaia... These are my foundations for using the Amalgamations of Elements... Raise the Four Crowns and close the gates leading to Arcadia!"

"Mystic Tales; First Wing. Azure Skies Of Helios!" continued Mavislin as she gripped the sword and slammed it into the ground.

The blade released a massive slash of Fire Elemental Energy towards the crowd of dolls, expanding its width when it reached the first doll in the horde. Once it did, the slash became a wave of water with flames dancing around it as it engulfed the enemies in a mere Tick, shattering everything.

The Valkyrie looked pretty proud of herself as she walked away from the broken dolls and towards the Black Knight's lair. Mavislin refused to look at the dolls after they'd been destroyed, but as she turned around to see the group's expression, none of them were fazed by it.

Could it be that they couldn't see what was in front of them? Mavislin shook her head... Only Ashley could have seen it since his eyes were unique. So then... Why wasn't he reacting to it? Unless... Mavislin was getting affected by the illusion instead?

The Valkyrie looked at the dolls and still saw the horrific sight of human guts spilling out and blood everywhere. The dolls were behind them, and looking back made Mavislin shiver in disgust, and she hurried her steps forward.

The group caught up with Mavislin after recovering from their shock of the Valkyrie's attack... There must be at least a hundred dolls, and the girl purged them as if they were flies! The Marksman Pillar quickly rushed to Mavislin's side and whispered into her ear.
