"Anything for you, Flame Empress. I dare say that your outfit truly suits your fiery presence and background of being the Empress' daughter. But my fighting style might clash with Mordred in some aspects, so there's that to consider."
"In addition, Duncan and I are more reserved regarding enemies taunting us. We can't feel emotions too well, so we take down our opponents just because we wish to, not through hatred or anger. Midori and Mordred are based on how angry they can get... Correct?" asked the Ankou.
"If it was up to me, I tend to use the most straightforward tactic to kill my opponents. I don't follow the normal style of a Knight obeying the code of chivalry. I'm never elegant, nor will I ever try to be that kind of fighter. You've seen my moves, so you would know I fight like a berserker."
"Midori takes on my swordsman abilities but not my berserking style since her fragile body can't take too much strain unless I am active," explained Mordred, pointing at her skinny arms.
"But I saw you during the duels... I would argue that Midori's body is extremely agile for someone holding the largest broadsword I've ever seen..." said Ashley.
"You wish! Midori is nowhere near my level of how powerful and skillful I can be. Those moves weren't too bad, but they weren't perfect. Her physical strength may be stronger than Duncan's, but it's not at my level yet. If I were to do my punches and kicks, I would've shattered her bones."
"I understand; that would make it easier to work with you. Now then, whomever you choose, I will not question it. Instead, allow Duncan and I to research the target chosen so we can head into the battle with a sense of what we are up against."
"In that case, the only one I have a chance and have the heart to kill would be Lancelot. But, as much as Gawain annoys me, I don't think I can stand a chance against the Knight who helped to slay Vortigern. Galahad will be on the defensive, so it would be so boring to fight him."
"Tristan would be an easy target to deal with, but I've got a problem with arrows and picking on the disabled. And though Bedivere still irks me, it's going to be heartbreaking for me to see him corrupted or 'darkened' because of other forces."
"So the only one left for me to fight would be Lancelot. That useless excuse of a Knight should hang himself from the day he was born. Wife stealer of Camelot... That Knight of the Lake was the man who had an affair with Guinevere."
"The King gave the orders to sentence Guinevere to death upon finding out about her love affair with Lancelot. If it were up to me, I would've strung Lancelot's spine on a flagpole for all to see... But I should thank him since I used that guy's affair to create my rebellion."
"But I still hate that Knight of the Lake because when he tried freeing his lover, the man decided it was justified to kill Gareth because he was in the way of 'saving his lover.' And when Agravain knew about the affair and used it against Guinevere, Lancelot went insane and slaughtered him as well."
"And I have yet to talk about that goody-two-shoes of Gawain! I can't even tell if the man was human since he could harness the power of the Sun with his sword. That's not fair to the rest of us, right?!" yelled Mordred, leaning forwards.
"I am interested to find out if you had anyone in the Round Table that didn't have a bone to pick with you..." asked Ashley, shaking his head.
"Hey! I was still a Knight before my treacherous deeds, okay?! I earned my title to be in that seat though Bedivere became remembered as the best knight to accompany the King to his death. But despite hating on them, I've got friends in the Round Table like my half brothers."
"Also, I'm still pissed off at Lancelot for killing my half brothers... They were close to me since I got along with Gareth very well since he liked to eat meat with me, and Agravain was always looking out for me even if he didn't show it," growled Mordred, clenching her fists.
"Well, that's rich coming from someone who destroyed King Arthur's reign by rebelling against the King. Not to mention that you stole Clarent and Avalon from the King to deliver the fatal blow at the last fight. I never knew that you've cared for the members of the Round Table."
"Pot calling the kettle black when you are remembered as the Knight Of Rebellion," spat Raiyen, not understanding why Mordred hated the Knights so much.
