The boy crouched down; his palm was touching the ground. Both children's Elemental Aura exploded, with Amani's Aura emitting a pale blue light while Nasima's light was white and grey.
"Wielded by the legendary Lancer of the Ulster Cycle, Diarmuid Ua Duibhne. The Fianna hero defeated the 3,400 warriors in battle. The spear that inflicts a wound that will never be healed..." chanted Nasima as the winds began to kick up.
Amani held his ground as a tornado formed around the small girl. Even Bryan was clinging onto the rock walls so he wouldn't get blown away.
"My fingers comb and control waves. My palms invoke ice and snow. Let these reigns I hold choose the beast I need. The Beast of both Winds and Water. Upon its arrival, the country will shake, and the sun will be blackened. A force of great chaos of the Philippine Islands... Moon Eater..."
Streams of Water danced around the young boy as he concentrated on picking out the right card to fight the monstrous winds Nasima was kicking up. Soon, a bright, yellow light appeared in Nasima's opened palm.
Then, the tornado dispersed to reveal Nasima's new outfit and weapon. The child was wearing... Something that caught Bryan and Ashley off guard. It looked cute on her, but it wasn't fitting for the trend in the century they were living in.
If Raiyen were here to see the outfit, he would have asked if Nasima was a Time Mage for getting such clothes. The child was wearing a white hat with ribbons on the sides woven into her now braided hair. Her dress was pure white, and the hem of the skirt was above her knees.
It wasn't too revealing, but it seems pretty odd to use during battle. Her sleeves were elbow-length, and she wore gauntlets. There were metal boots as well, reaching up to her knees. Pieces of armor were covering the girl's shoulders and neck.
A bright pink bow was sitting snuggling on the child's chest to finish the whole thing. But her spear was another sight to behold as well. The weapon was longer than the small girl and was colored in yellow with intricate designs.
Unfortunately, Amani couldn't make out much of it current since he was just about ready to unleash his chosen beast.
"Summons of the Cards: Eclipse Of The Bakunawa!" yelled Amani as a giant serpent emerged from the ground underneath him.
As Amani rode the black serpent, Nasima wasted no time charging into battle with her new spear. There wasn't even a pause in the moment or a clash before Nasima inflicted several wounds against the beasts' touch skin. Bryan stepped back in shock while Ashley smiled.
Amani cursed as his beast was recovering from those slashes. But to the poor boy's dismay, the beast wasn't healing despite Amani's best efforts. It must be that spear of hers, thought Amani. Finally, in desperation, Amani yanked onto the reigns and forced his Elemental Energy into the beast's head.
"Awaken, Devoured Seven Moons!" roared Amani as he prepared to break Nasima's spear and defenses.
A large white disc appeared in front of the serpent's mouth and emitted several light beams toward Nasima, who remained motionless and tall. The light rays stopped a small distance before touching Nasima and morphed into large white discs, seven to be precise.
Despite the odds against her, Nasima remained stoic as she twirled her spear around her body. A split second was all the child needed to take down the seven moons before they had a chance to attack her. Bryan and Ashley were the only ones who could see the kid had pulled that stunt off.
And both were astonished that Nasima could react as fast as the speed of light. Nasima rushed towards each moon in that split second and shattered all of it with her spear's tip. This caused the illusion that Nasmia had broken all the moons in one move.
Amani's eyes weren't as good as Circe's, so he thought Nasima's Elemental Aura had blasted the moons away, but he couldn't be more wrong. The powers of these children once again foiled Ashley's assumptions. As he wanted to ask Duncan about Nasima, the child made her next move.
The child of the winds wasted no time bringing down her opponent's mount by dashing towards Amani's side while holding her spear to her left side. As the child flashed across the beast's length, Amani had no choice but to leap off the animal.
"Incredible... Truly amazing. I never thought you had the strength to slice my Bakunawa cleanly in half. But it is one of my weaker monsters within my Cards, so I should've expected it to fall sooner or later," said Amani, landing safely on the other side of the playing field.
