When Oolong had his 2nd year birthday celebration , his father told him that he will need to accompany him to the farm now ....
Apparently , his father discussed this with his motyer , and they thought that Oolong is strong smart enough to handle it without hurting himself ...
So , after his second year in this new world , he started farming with his father ...

He just learned aboyt various crops & vegetables & fruits , how to plant them , how to irrigate them , how to harvest them , how to get rid of weeds & insects & crows ...etc
Oolong learned everything quite fast. Apparently his species have high intelligence ...
Oolong remembered Goku & Krillin's training under master muten roshi , and how he had them do various work with their bare hands & bodies ...
So he tried to train a bit like them , though not with the same intensity ...
He started with using manual tools , tilling the ground and doing various things around the farm ....
Another thing he learned of during this time , was that they weren't alone ...
There was a village nearby , and it was inhabited by various animal-humaoid races .... pigs like him and his family , bird-people , wolf-people , buffalo-people ...etc
He learned of this when he went with his parents to the village , before his 2nd birthday ....
