From adopting a puppy to being in a car accident and I will not be able to update the story bi-weekly like I used to…but don't fret you will still be receiving content well…at least as much as I can do until I find out a proper schedule. Naiomi "Yes, I understand. Hmm how should I put this? My name is Naiomi Nguyen, I am also the priestess and head of the Nguyen family and fortune. My favorite foods are savory flavors such as teriyaki and recently…tacos…hehe. I don't over indulge in sweets although I do enjoy the occasional red velvet cake with chocolate butter milk frosting. I don't like mushy foods, absolutely throws off the flavor of everything! Yuck! Oh and I'm allergic to capsaicin, even though spicy foods are soooo good. It make my mouth water up in excitement! Um what else should I say? Yes, hmmm. My favorite drink is fruity soda. I don't like cola or dark harsh drinks."
RDS "Well you covered foods and drinks. If you can't think of anything then we could find another topic. Like where are you and your family from?"
Naiomi "Oh that's easy. My family comes from two clans, whose lineage dates back to before the early 1100s. Our ancestors were some of the most powerful and wealthy social elites. We came from merchants mostly, as each member of our family is involved in some sort of trade in one fashion or anther. The wealth really comes from my fathers side or the Nguyen family in all honesty, and my mothers side of the family or the Jishihai branch holds the majority of power, descending from all sorts of royalty and royal staff."
RDS "Wow…truly amazing you come from such well respected families. Can you tell everyone a little history of your family?"
Naiomi "A little family history? Hmm let's see…Oh, our clans were at war at one point however we made a compromise. The Jishihai would become a branch of the Nguyen family however the Jishihai are the ruling class among the Nguyen family. It's how the many civil wars began but ultimately ended on the same compromise. Strange it's like history repeating itself."
RDS "… more like time-travelers changing history…. Anyway! Wow Ms.Nguyen you are quite dignified! So refined and elegant. Well tell us about some of your hobbies? What are your interest? Basically what do you do in your free time?"
Naiomi "Oh that's easy. My hobbies include ballerina ribbon dancing, jazz hip hop music along with classical orchestra, I love to play Jikan Senso with my mother."
RDS "Sorry to interrupt."
Naiomi "This is your broadcast, do as you wish."
RDS "Thank you for understanding haha…ha… I'll ask my question now… What is Jikan Senso?"
Naiomi "It is Japanese for time wars. Essentially we set up a board and travel through time and space as we engage in historical battles. Anything from a free for all to something similar to chess with different warriors of the old."
RDS "How do you get them to do what you want."
Naiomi "The same thing they always get. Riches and glory. They think they met their gods and we get to have our game…It's quite a bl-"
RDS "Ms.Nguyen I do apologize for interrupting again. However, the producers said that it was a PR nightmare. The media is already on our throats but good news, its bringing in extra ratings! Lets continue shall we? Um hmm we have a few more questions for you and then we will go into our lightning round okay?"
Naiomi "Yes, of course. Ask away!"
RDS "Tell us about your personality."
Naiomi "OH… I wasn't expecting that. Okay…well I tend to be shy and reserved. However, when I get comfortable around somebody I get really emotional…it's really hard to explain. My family tends to describe me as way too serious but I don't think I'm all too serious. I lead the police force for the aristocrat district. So I have to be hard on them every now and then, but my subordinates love me and will follow me anywhere! Hopefully…. But that's all I can really describe my personality."
RDS "Interesting! What are your future plans for your life? What are your goals and such?"
Naiomi "All I want is for Cole to be happy with me by my side forever, sadly that won't happen. Nothing can last forever, ya know?"
RDS "OH you can't be so sure. You guys live forever! I'm sure you two will get married."
Naiomi "You and I both know my story doesn't end happily ever after. Don't lie to them like that, the audience doesn't deserve it."
RDS "SHHHHHH they aren't supposed to know yet. Anyway that's all the time we have for today! Next character is Jody Crishall, the queen of hell and TORMENTOR OF ALL!?!?!?! Roll Ms. Naiomi's character stats!
A board rumbles and plops down each selection like a slot machine. *ping* ping* ping* the stats stopped displaying all of Naiomi's abilities and stats.
RDS "This slot machine was designed by me to display to the audience just how absolute the power they have is! The total number is represents the persons total max power output. A level 1 at full strength as a bomb would level a small neighborhood and the highest a level 100 could easily obliterate a galaxy with a small portion of power. Now for the stat reveal, get excited! Let me hear those cheers! Give it up for Ms. Naiomi Nguyen!!!!!"
A arm reached from the slot machine, scaly and menacing almost like it was a dragon who reached out to grab Naiomi and devour her. Slightly hesitant of the machines arm, Naiomi extended her hand into the palm of the dragon. Instantly a flame erupted from Naiomi's body, the machine let out a mighty roar its dials spun more and more *ping***ping**ping*ping ping ping ping ping ping ping!!!!!!!! Ding ding ding the machine. Once finished the machine lined up with and spoke with a growl.
SM "Naiomi Nguyen your stats are…."
Magic: Firmament; Absolute control over time and space. Able to make portals with her magic to anywhere she can see or has visited before. When time magic is applied it can make a rift in space time allowing Naiomi to travel to any point in time during her life time or bring anyone forward in time from any point in history.
