"Ash... I have to admit you chose a nice name. Is it because of your wish to soar again like a Phoenix?" Remarked a strange, but familiar voice inside Ashs' head.
"Who are you?" asked Ash cautiously.
" Hehe" laughed the voice "Who else but you?"
"I see" knowing he had a conversation in his mind with himself, Ash replied to the familiar voice in a relaxed manner "But didn't my parents choose my name?"
"So you realy have forgotten everything.... " the voice stopped for a moment "My time is up. " it continued.
"....." Ash remained in silence.
" We shall ***** again **** you break trough the ******* *****. "said the voice in a distorted way as a radio with bad signal would sound. It had no more time left and it dissipated.
"Again? Break trough what?" asked Ash the mysterious sounding voice with excitement and confusion.
However to his dissapointment only silence replied to his calls.
....
Lying on the bed in a star position, Ash woke up from his strange dream feeling an inexplicable feeling, one that was consuming him slowly from inside.
It was 6 in the morning as the clock on his right showed and he had 2 hours till school, so instead of going up, he slowly closed his eyes, still with that strange feeling in his heart.
Although it was summer, it was quite cold in the morning and so as to avoid getting a fever, he turned his body to the left and tried grabbing the quilt he tossed yesterday, because of the heat.
However, instead of the quilt, Ash grabbed something else.
Grabbing a cloth like material infront of him, Ash pulled at it with speed and a little bit of strenght, so it could land smoothly on his body. It was lighter than he thought, however the feeling of being gently surrounded by the quilt didn't happen.
Instead, it felt like a car crashing into him.something hitted his stomach and made him open his mouth involuntarily.
At this moment his heart stopped as the feeling he had earlier deepened.
Before he could open his eyes, Ash heard a cry. It was short lived and cute, and it ended with a thud.
Opening his eyes, Ash was astonished. He was mouth to mouth with someone, but due to beimg too close and the fact that it was still dark outside, he couldn't recognise the person he was "kissing".
He spat some blood into the stranger's mouth as the force of the impact on his belly was too big.
Hurriedly, Ash pushed the person away and turned the lights on.
The room was 17 square meters. With white walls, a desk to the left side of the bed, night stand with a small lamp on the right side of the bed with a window past the previous, showing a beautiful park near the building.
Being a relatively new building, built by a former designer, the wardrobe was made looking like part of the walls, making the room look more simplistic, but also giving it a unique charm.
Ash looked to his left and saw a middle aged man with red hair and an elegant costume looking at him in astonishment. The middle aged man's eyes were popping out of his eye sockets and his mouth was wide agape as he pointed at Ash wanting to say something, however his worlds were hardstuck in his throat.
That was uncle Lee who usualy looked calm and composed with an elegant aura that made people look at him in awe.
Ignoring that middle aged man, Ash coughed, feeling the sharp pain comming from his tummy. His pale face turned towards the stranger he "kissed" and as he saw it was a girl, Ash heaved a sigh of relief.
"Thank God it was a girl" the young boy thought to himself.
"What are you here for? " totally uncaring about the situation around himself, he spoke with a hoarse voice.
Things were often strange and meaningless in life, and he knew it from his past one, so he wasn't that interested in why or how, but instead wanted to know the reason about this messed up encounter.
"You, you actualy dared assault me, and thats the first thing you say? You jerk! " pointing at Ash with shaking hand and covering her mouth with another, the girl screamed with shame and anger. Face as red as a tomato.
She only wanted to see the potential of this intriguing youth infront of her, and while being dazzled by the big word that spelled 'Error' on the whole screen of the cristal shaped device, she was actualy pulled by her clothes ending with her mouth on Ash's and her knee on his belly.
Bai Ling coughed a mouthful of blood in her hand and stunned as she watched it, she continued" Did you spit blood in my mouth?"
Cautiously Ash replied with a nod. Curiosity showing on his face.
Thud. The previously angry girl fell to the ground after remembering her father's words. Her heart was filled with regret as she looked over to the still stunned uncle Lee. If she only didn't let her guard down...
Both Ash and Bai Ling got nervous. One, because he didnt know what's about to happen and the other, because she knew exactly what was awaiting her.
Before Ash could ask anything, the middle aged man screamed with extreeme anxiety "Ling, your forehead! "
" What about my forehead? " seemingly receiving the anxiousness from her uncle Bai Ling asked.
A red vortex like tattoo formed on her glabella. It spun with extreeme speed for a few seconds and disappeared like nothing ever happened.
Before Bai Ling could do anything, she noticed the same phenomenon appearing on Ash's forehead the moment she turned to him, with the only difference being the rotation of the vortex. It spun to the opposite side.
She stood immediately to see what was happening from a closer angle. Although her father told her that something interesting will happen on her wedding day after the ceremonial blood exchange, she still felt curious and never in her entire life would she immagine that a red vortex would appear on her and her 'future husband's' foreheads.
Noticing Ash's blank expression, Bai Ling wanted to ask her uncle what happened, but everything around her blackened all of a sudden and the elegant girl fell right on top of Ash.
They both fell to on the bed unconscious, cutely one drooling on top of the other.
" Ling... Ling?" on the other side uncle Lee took out a cristal bead from one of his rings and infused his memory into it.
Too much had happened in just a few minutes and his brain couldn't handle it. He was worried, because he didn't know how to explain the events that occured in this small period of time to his master, so he prepared the memory bead to show him instead. Words couldn't be enough to describe this scene.
