Chapter 1 - Chapter 1 (The Beginning)

A woman ran as fast as she could. A precious bundle held to her heart. As she ran through the dark forest, moonlight streamed through the towering trees. As she ran through the dark forest with such desperation that the creatures that roamed the night watched in curiosity, waited with impatience for they knew that the woman running so desperately was headed straight into the devil's layer.

BLOOD, the ground was drenched with blood .bodies strewn across the ground some impaled on spears others with swords sticking out of their chests, arrows in their head with the details of the horror and pain they experienced before death etched on their faces. The woman looked across the battlefield with mounting horror. Her face pale and withdrawn she looked down at the precious bundle she still held in her arms. She cried out to the heavens asking, pleading, begging for her child to grow up happy and then she carefully placed her precious bundle in the hollow of a tree and then she walked over to a soldier with a sword at his side she picked up the sword and aimed it straight for her heart, she glanced at her precious bundle with tears streaming down her face and love shining from her eyes, then she looked ahead and plunged the sword straight through her heart.

The darkness watched and smiled in glee finally the child was his. The perfect vessel for him. Young, curious, strong and created in blood and pain and hatred. The perfect villainous female to ever be created, she will be molded by the darkness and she blooms in darkness. Perfect, toxic, vicious and ruthless.

Looking back the darkness complimented itself on its sudden stroke of genius he had almost ...how long ago? Oh yes almost fifteen years ago .watching as his new protegee, twirled and executed a perfect killing strike on her opponent, who knew that a princess could be the perfect killing machine.

A few days later...

Kiana stared at the sword in her hand and the backpack at her feet she looked up in confusion at the servant that had tended to her wounds since she was but a child and said " what is this !some test why am I here with this. "The servant bowed his head and spoke so softly Kiana had to struggle to here him even with her incredibly enhanced hearing "the master has left the information in your bag you are to assassinate them all and you will then be free for you have completed your debt to him" Kiana stared at him in shock before she could reply the servent melted into the shadow of the forest and she was left standing alone deep in the heart of the dark forest the grip she had on the sword tightened and she gathered all her strength for she had to fight her way through the dark forest to get to civilization and this forest was filled with dark creatures that fed on flesh and bones and some even fed upon your soul.

10 hours later ...

Emerging from the forest clothes shredded, covered in slime and grime, and gasping for breath Kiana stumbled wanting no need to feel sunlight caress her starved skin. she looked down at herself and saw claw marks marring her forearm and a deep slash across her stomach and other flesh wounds some looked infected while others were still bleeding profusely .slowly she walked down the road until she collapsed in front of a school called a safe haven

Kiana groaned softly her head was throbbing and her limbs, aching .slowly she opened her eyes and was met by bright and radiant sunlight that streamed between the curtains .she looked around the room she was in staring fascinated by the pale pink curtains and the chrome-colored walls she glanced to her left and saw a small table that had a glass of water and three tablets laying next to it.she gasped suddenly as her memory came rushing back to her and she panicked .her chest tightened she couldn't breath, she wanted to scream but it caught in her throat as she caught sight of a man .her eyes glazed over as she fell back into unconsciousness as a pair of hands soothed her, reassured her she was safe she had no choice to trust this stranger with her life. Yeah right! no way was she trusting anybody! Like she would be so stupid as to trust a seemingly nice person she was not stupid and if it really was a "nice" person to be bad she would not care... be it a grandpa or child, mother or father. Everyone would die by her hand if it wanted them to die. She would kill, scheme, manipulate even cheat. She did not care about anything... ANYTHING!! she would do anything for her freedom. Absolutely anything no matter how many lives she had to ruin she just wanted freedom.
