The Academy of Modelians is divided into four houses house red blue, green, and yellow . each house contains the students from all years and also from both scholarships and regular sections .These houses are specifically made for interhouse competitions of all sorts in the academy . The house head was elected by voting . house heads are teachers they can be from different departments and then in different competitions the house head will acquire assistance of teachers depending upon what kind of competition it is . For example, for the upcoming debate competition, House Blue head, Miss Clara, asked Mr Sam from the English department for a student who can participate and has enough experience in that field as one of member left school last term . Mr Sam, who has an unrequited crush on Miss Clara from some time soldout Nova in an instant without asking her approval. He has read her student profile and was very impressed by her records . Miss Clara agreed and told him to send Clara to science building room 5 . which their team was using as a practice room .
They will test her, and if everything goes well, she will be accepted.
Sam, who was hardly able to convince Nova, sent a message to her about the time and location of the practice room .
I hope Nova can impress them. I know i am asking too much from this child, but sorry, the teacher is an idiot who can't control his emotions . I will make sure I will be able to help you in the future .Sam thought as he felt guilty of giving Nova another task that she didn't want.
As Nova walked into the practice room, a few members of the Blue House debate team were taken aback by her appearance. Some whispered amongst themselves, while others openly stared. One member, named Alex, couldn't help but blurt out:
Alex: Uh, hi. Are you lost? This is the Blue House debate team practice room.
Nova: No, I'm not lost. I'm Nova, the new member.
Alex: Oh, okay. Sorry, we were just expecting someone... different.
Nova: Different how?
Alex: Well, we were expecting someone who takes debate seriously. You know, someone who doesn't care about their appearance or what other people think.
Nova: I see. Well, I take debate very seriously. And just because I care about my appearance doesn't mean I can't be a good debater.
Another member, named Emily, chimed in:
Emily: Yeah, but it's not just about appearances. We need someone who can hold their own in a debate. Do you have any experience?
Nova: Yes, I've been in debate club for three years in school, and I've won several competitions.
Emily: Well, I guess we'll see. We have a practice debate today, so we'll be able to gauge your skills.
Nova: Sounds good to me.
As Nova sat down to join the team, she couldn't help but feel a bit frustrated by their judgment of her based on her appearance. But she was determined to prove them wrong and show that she was just as capable as any other member of the team.
During the practice debate, the Blue House debate team members were able to gauge Nova's skills. At first, they were a bit sceptical due to her appearance, but as the debate progressed, they began to see her potential. Nova was able to articulate her arguments clearly and logically, and she was able to counter the opposing team's arguments effectively. She also showed that she was able to think on her feet and adapt to new arguments that were thrown her way. By the end of the practice debate, the team was impressed by Nova's skills and welcomed her as a valuable member of the team. They realized that they had been too quick to judge her based on her appearance and learned not to underestimate someone based on preconceived notions.
Brent, who was the leader of the team, was satisfied and informed Head Miss Clara that Nova was the perfect choice for their team as he watched her.
Nova was a pretty gril with long, wavy brown hair that cascaded down her back. She had piercing green eyes that seemed to sparkle with intelligence and a warm, friendly smile that lit up her face. Her appearance was polished and professional, but some members of the Blue House debate team were quick to judge her based on her looks, assuming that she was more concerned with her appearance than her debating skills. However, as they soon found out, Nova was a force to be reckoned with when it came to debating, and her appearance was just a small part of who she was as a person.
After the practice debate, Alex approached Nova and apologized for his earlier comment about her appearance. He admitted that he had been quick to judge her based on her looks and that it was unfair of him to do so. Nova graciously accepted his apology and explained that she was used to people underestimating her based on her appearance, but that she was determined to prove them wrong with her skills and abilities. Alex was impressed by Nova's confidence and determination, and he promised to support her as a member of the Blue House debate team.
Alex, Brent , and Lia were all scholarship students like her .Emily and Michael, on the other hand, were regular students. But the teams of houses are strictly made based on people skills, so all of them earned it with their own effort pr that what she thought so.
