Feanor sidled up to her after the party broke up. Gone was his wild eyes, there was nothing but love and affection for the woman standing in front of him. Idril was so taken aback by the total change in him that she got a little scared.
He must have sensed it because he took her palms in his hands and carried them to his lips. The warm kiss blew a little color into her cheeks and skin slowly warmed.
"Idril what is it? Have I scared you in any way?" There was genuine concern in his voice.
She shook her head. "No I am fine. Its just that." she hesitated, she wasn't sure if she should bring up Kate.
"What is it?" Feanor nudged.
"You looked at Kate like that. And you are like this with me. I am, I guess, I am just a little confused", she finished lamely. She felt a little guilty looking at those clear blue eyes that she planned on getting dirt about him from his ex girlfriend. However, all the thoughts went out of her mind as soon as she felt her warm lips engulfed in his.
Next morning came bright and shiny. There were a lot relatives gathered for the wedding and most of them were to stay for the next three four days. Though the company wasn't as big as yesterday, the kitchen was still small fro them so breakfast was moved outside the lawn.
The airways was crisp with a magnificent view of the loch. Th water was as blue as it could be. The shadow of sky on the rippling waves gave the loch a look of expensive jewel, justifying its title as the "Jewel of the highlands."
Kate was seated with her mother. Idril arrived at the table hand in hand with Feanor. She had noticed that since he woke up Feanor had been in a very good mood. Though they had shared a room and a bed last night, the no intimacy rule had continued, not by her choice. Although, when she had tentatively touched Feanor, he had not hesitated to wind himself around Idril and nuzzled his face on her back. They had slept the entire night like that.
She had woken up in the morning to find Feanor watching him. When he saw her open her eyes, he had softly kissed her lips. It had deepened into a scorching one. He used his hands to pin hers to the pillow. He held her fast and with primal possessiveness, demanding the kiss. Slowly, his left hand trailed down her body and he lifted her thigh. The other hand left her wrist and did the same thing to the other thigh. He hooked them around his thighs making her feel how ready he was.
idril speared he now free hands into his silky hair and arched upwards. She was inexperienced but its didn't matter. Her hands roamed on his back under his shirt of their own volition. That seemed to excite him further and he pressed himself further in her. His mouth left hers and his lips traveled down to her throat. The roughness of his stubble spurred Idril along. She opened the front of her shirt to give him better access. He loved it. With a grow he attacked her flesh with vigor.
It was different than last time. Last time was tenderness and affection. This time their bodes hummed with acute need. They were ready to devour each other but just then the alarm went off.
"Saved by the bell." Feanor growled from somewhere between her throat and breasts.
As though in silent agreement they both halted and got ready for breakfast. Feanor had tucked her hands in his arms and marched her down to the lawn.
Everyone was seated by the time they reached. Feanor, being the gentleman like he was when she had first met him, drew her chair for her. Involuntarily a smile stretched Idril's face as she took her seat. The smile froze as she noticed who sat opposite her. Kate was looking at her with a strange expression.
