Progress Update 5. 1. 2025
Rather soon... but there are some things that are needed to be said:
The first thing I wanted to say is that I will be working on the DxD: Seraph God as one of the Primary novels, together with the Saga of Astral Mysteries and A Song of Blood and Sunlight.
This means that DxD: Seraph God won't be appearing on polls from now on and will be updated regularly with min. 2 ch (5k words per chapter) every month from now on.
Also, I was looking over the Poll for the Elder Scrolls. For the DxD, I decided to do the Online Timeline during the Interregnum. The female leads from that one are Queen Aerynn and Ember (Nyaaa)... I like the Khajiit... Ember is super cool, and Queen Aerynn looks hot... This also means that if MC chooses any alliance, he will go for the Aldmeri Dominion.
For the Dungeon Overlord, I am choosing the Skyrim Timeline, mainly due to the Serana. Dungeon Overlord is a novel that is closely connected to the Concept of Blood... well, Bloodborne motifs...
Now, onto more serious news. During the past month, I have decided to finish the HCB. Basically, I have finished drafting the general storyline for the last Volume, and the story would end in the Warhammer 40k. I think that this would be for the best because it's already stretching too long, but at the same time, I don't want to rush it and for the novel to feel that it was forcibly ended.
Thus, the release rates for the novel would be rather inconsistent, but from the next month, I would be going for the 10ch per month until the story is finished. Right now, there are 658 chapters on Patreon, and I have another 14 pre-written, which is putting us on an overall number of 672.
According to the General Line, the number of chapters that need to be written to reach the conclusion of the story is 50+/-. So the overall number of this story would be something around 730 +/-.
Afterward, I decided to write an Epilogues and a Side Stories. Now, they would have a different format because everyone would have 5k chapters, and they would be published only for the members of the Visionary Reader Tier, or they could be bought directly from the Shop for 3 Euros each.
One year from their release on the Patreon, they will be published for free.
Right now, I want to focus on other stories, and I also want to reach a conclusion and end in the very first that I have written. HCB was a rather interesting thing for me to write because it is the first very long thing that I wrote (right now, it has over 650k words).
In the future, I want to focus more on the Saga of Astral Mysteries, primarily that would take the place of several novels, in fact, if possible. The journey from the HCB taught me a lot, but at the same time, that novel is full of plot holes and other things, because well... I lost interest in it several times over the years and returned to it :D ...
Other novels that would be receiving primary attention from me would be Douluo Dalu: Heavenly Soul Emperor, Underworld: Moonlit Era, Dungeon Overlord and WoW: Phoenix King. While the polls do a lot, I also need to write something that entertains me personally, so I enjoy the writing...
Even though I write primarily as business (money talks), I can't write something that I don't really enjoy or something that I am not excited for. That's also the reason why, despite many offers, I never took commissioned stories or anything.
Also, on a side note, you can buy most of my work independently on the Tiers because most of the longer chapters are on the Shop.
