The Wyvern King
Ryan Abdul-Jabbar wasn't particularly remarkable, except for being the final descendant of the wyvern bloodline, if that can be considered noteworthy.

Tainted and skilled, Ryan realized that life had more in store for him than singing by the seaside and in bars for tips that barely covered his sneakers. While hard work wasn't his initial choice, failing his math test left him with no other option, as his parents insisted.
Soon, he discovered that life held far greater challenges than math tests: the enigmatic Skin Walkers plaguing their small town, causing the mysterious disappearances and unsolved deaths. A fateful night of toil unveiled the disturbing truth to him.
The only beings capable of defeating the menacing Skin Walkers were the extinct Wyverns. Little did Ryan know, he held a secret lineage as a Wyvern.
After years of feeling purposeless, Ryan embraced the responsibility of protecting his town from the shadows. Unbeknownst to him, the world was teeming with threats, both from the Wyvern-kind and the human-kind, all with their sights set on him.
