Fu Mei was wondering how to respond to Gao Liang.
He understood she is feeling uncomfortable answering him. so he asked her
"Xiao Mei, Tell me where are you staying, I will drop you down there safe"
Fu Mei hesitated and still answered him
"Liang Ge, I m staying in a bed and breakfast near downtown at the moment."
Gao Liang screamed "What are you saying Fu Mei, why on Earth you are staying there?
"Because Liang Ge I was not ready to face my family yet. I came back for My friend Ling."
Fu Mei felt bad and she wanted to run away instead.
Gao Liang pulled her closer and hugged her. Please don't stay at some cheap hotel anymore. I have a condo in Downtown, please stay there as long as you need.
I rarely come home since I'm always at hospital or at my parents place. But today let's stay at this resort for the night, please wait I will go book the room and come."
He booked a family suite with two rooms. He sent her to one room and he left to the other room.
though they were in separate rooms, they were only thinking about each other.
Fu Mei agreed to stay with him because She trust him completely.
The Morning sun rays were peeping through the tall windows from the sides of the bed. Ling opened her eyes and checked her surroundings. She understood it was the still a resort. She sat up straight and rubbed her face. She saw the fresh clothes placed on the side table.
She took the clothes and went to the washroom to freshen up. When she came back from washroom, she saw Shen Mingyu entering the room with a tray of food.
"Xiao Ling, you have freshened up already. Come let's have some breakfast."
Gao Ling was confused about how she landed here. Shen Mingyu saw her confused look, he took her the table and made her sit.
" Xiao Ling, Stop thinking so much. Lets have a peaceful breakfast first. We will talk later okay"
Gao Ling agreed to him to have breakfast since she was still having a little hangover headache.
Shen Mingyu gave her a lime juice first to ease her hangover. Since Gao Ling loved western breakfast, he prepared multigrain bread, Egg scramble, Bacon, Hash brown, Carrot and Bean Salad and English Muffin.
Gao Ling ate the breakfast like a baby. After breakfast her headache seemed to reduce.
She went and sat on the outdoor lounge of the suite. There was a slight breeze in the air. Gao Ling placed her head on the backrest and closed her eyes.
Shen Mingyu joined her on the lounge with the fresh tea pot. He served one on the cup and handed it to her.
She drank the tea without saying anything, but she was restless inside after seeing him.
Shen Mingyu held her hands and placed on his chest
"Xiao Ling, I want to honest with you. I was disclose about your past. But I m not able to because of the promise I gave it to elders. I will speak to you from my heart whenever you ready"
"Mingyu, Lets us not push ourselves more. Can we speak now. I will not react harshly like last time. I willing to trust you slowly"
Mingyu looked at her carefully, she was not speaking in emotional ride. She seems to be mature and understanding. So he wanted to open up about him
"Xiao Ling, before I say anything else. I want you to trust me. I know that's going to be very hard. Right now ask me anything you want about me. I will give you a honest answer"
Gao Ling was surprised by his words. This guy always tries to stir up her heart with his words.
"Mingyu, What am I to you and what do you feel about me?"
He spoke instantly without wasting time
"You are My Life! If I get married in my life that will be only to you. this is the answer for what am I to you"
He paused and poured another cup of tea for her
"And the answer to my feeling towards you is
'I want to surrender completely to mentally and physically. I m extremely possessive about you, I just want you only to be mine. Every cell in my body and soul loves everything about you. I cherish every moment I spend with you. I want you to accept my love with complete trust'."
Gao Ling was shocked to hear his thoughts. they were so raw and truthful. He was not sweetmouthing her.
"Mingyu, Did you know me before ?"
" Yes, I knew you since the moment you were born."
Mingyu answered and asked
"is that all"
"No, I have one more last question
Then what was the relationship between us?." Gao Ling asked him
"Xiao Ling, You were my Fiancee"
