The Weekend was full of fun for all the three pairs. They have joined together instead of roaming as couples. After the breakfast they had met and started talking about each other lives.
It was beautiful Saturday afternoon, all of them were seated on the garden table for lunch like family.
Shen Mingyu arranged for a heavenly lunch. Since it has been ages he had a quality time with his friends like family. He looked at the happy faces of all six of them. They were all unique and talented, yet they are together even after all these years of difficult journey because each one of them treasure love and friendship from the bottom of their heart.
Mingyu felt content by being with these people. Like a kid, he wished that weekend never ends.
"So Fu Mei, please tell me you have fallen for this mysterious doctor Gao Liang" Shen Mingyu asked Fu Mei to tease Liang.
"No Brother Mingyu, there is nothing going between me and this weirdo doctor. He is not my kind of guy, don't you know me better"
Gao Liang couldn't find the teasing as fun, but he controlled his anger. He was at the wrong of making Fu Mei speak like this.
"So how did he patch up with you? You shouldn't have given in so easily. You are so kind hearted MeiMei. "Jiang Yu added his part as well.
Qing Yun is not too that close to Gao Liang as these guys. But she has always been there around when Fu Mei used to run after Gao Liang in high school.
"Ming Ge, why are you teasing brother Liang and taking a side of your sister Fu Mei. It's not fair. Till date, nobody knows what actually happened between them. I will support Brother Liang as of now" Qing Yun gave a hand as support to Gao Liang.
"Xiao Yun, Not fair my dear. How do you support him and how can you not support me instead." Fu Mei made a pout face
"Don't worry Mei, I will be always on your side." Gao Liang teased her
Gao Ling was struck at word "Gao Liang". She was looking like she has been dazed.
Qing Yun saw her in sitting in deep thought, She shakes her friends shoulder
"Xiao Ling, All you alright darling. Why did you zone out of the conversation suddenly?
Ling came out of the daze
"Brother Liang, Are we related by any chance?"
Gao Liang was having his favorite dessert Apple pie.
He stopped a moment after hearing Gao Ling's question.
"Yes Xiao Ling, I am your brother, even Jiang Yu is your brother. You are our little girl since you were a kid."
Gao Liang got up and went closer to her to give her a hug. She felt little emotional when he hugged her. She held him tight and didn't leave him for few seconds. He felt her heart racing. Gao Liang came out of the embrace, held her head and said
"We are always there for you, don't worry like this kiddo" He played with her front hair. It brought some smile on her face.

While Shen Mingyu was having his dream lunch, he received a call from his office. He excused and went to the side to take call. As soon as he picked
"Brother Mingyu, I'm Wu Zexi here. I came to check on the status of Govt bidding project."
"Ms.Wu, Why are you in office. What is the matter now?"
"Monday is an important day for us. I'm not able to find Gao Ling. that's why came to your office to check if she is here. "
"Ms. Wu, don't make me repeat my words. I told you that stop working on this project. I hope Jiang Yu would have given you another assignment."
"No Mr. Shen Mingyu, you are mistaken. I just came to check upon Gao Ling.
Since it's a weekend, I was thinking about offering my hands to her. However Gao Ling is nowhere to be found. I was about to help her prepare for Monday"
"Ms. Wu, I will take care of it. You please leave now. And don't come to my office without prior intimation. "
"Okay Mr. Shen Mingyu, My apologies" Wu Zexi didn't get any success with Mingyu. She felt like hitting her head on the pillar.
She tired ringing Gao Ling again.. It was of no use since gao ling didn't pick her call. Wu Zexi felt very helpless.
When he came back to his seat, He saw Liang speaking to Gao Ling. Liang signaled Shen Mingyu to divert Gao Ling.
Shen Mingyu pulled Gao Ling from Liang
"Weirdo doctor, stay away from my girl what did you do to her?"
"Xiao Ling, why is your face so dull, can we punch this doctor friend of mine, what do you say?" Shen Mingyu asked Gao Ling as if talking to a kid
Before Gao Ling could respond, Quickly Fu Mei got up to punch Gao Liang. She gave him one quick punch his stomach and everyone burst into laughter.
The lunch continued with all the fun and teasing a lot. Gao ling forgot everything and started laughing. Gao Liang felt comfortable only after seeing her smile.
Shen Mingyu felt someone pressing his thighs under the table. He is aware of the person who is giving this warm feeling. He asked the reason of sudden touch with his eyes to Gao Ling.
Gao Ling whispers in low voice, so that only he could hear
"I know you teased Brother Liang to change my sad face. Thank you Darling!"
Shen Mingyu froze with the word "Darling"
Are they playing freeze\Release game by any chance?
"Darling, Can we go for a Dinner date once I come back from the Govt Bidding secret project"
Is she planning to give him a heart attack on a single day?
