"Oh! Hey, there! It's you guys! Ai and... I don't actually remember your name!" Ashin practically ran up to us, with Seralt and the other two in tow.
"That is because you never asked their name." Theca, I think, the... uh, dark clothes-wearing person, spoke, reminding Ashin.
"Huh? Oh, yeah! I didn't! Completely forgot about that... So, what exactly is your name?"
Oh, come on. The attention is on me again? I thought me staying completely silent and slowly backing away would work... Either way, I guess I should eventually answer...
"What? Oh, uh... Shiro."
"Shiro...? That's a pretty weird name, huh! Is it from a different language or somethin'?" What's with all the questions, huh? Maybe your name is weird!
"Yeah, sure." Keeping completely calm despite my internal struggle with staying said way, I responded once again.

"Examination...?" Huh? What exactly is that supposed to be?
"You... don't know?" Uh, I'm pretty sure her name was Quenilla, she spoke up, continuing, "Seralt is taking the examination to rank up to C-rank."
"Yeah! And I'm sure he'll pass! Or, well, mostly sure."
"What? Does my little brother think I won't pass or somethin'?" Seralt, finally saying something, spoke in a more joking tone, signifying that he wasn't actually serious or anything... Wait, repeat that, brother...? What do you mean you two are siblings?! Geez! Nobody tells me anything around here!
Wait, if those two are siblings... Dude, I totally beat up and utterly destroyed the brother of my brand new teammate! Now I feel bad... almost. Eh, even if I knew that I probably still would have accepted his challenge. Huh... I guess it makes more sense that this Ashin guy invited me and stuff, seeing as these two knew each other already. Oh, I'm getting distracted again.
They seem to have been just talking to each other... they're pretttty close siblings, huh? From what I've seen, I mean. Ah, he left, huh? However, not without Ashin giving one final farewell and good luck.

"Okay! So, with that done, you guys wanna know what request I chose for us today? I bet you're all dying to hear what we've gotta do!" Huh? He already chose something without even telling us? Jeez, this guy is pretty weird.
"When did you have the time to do that...?" The one named Theca spoke, speaking the same question I'd think most of us were wondering.
"Huh? That's simple as hell! When we got back from the request we were doing yesterday, I saw another one that interested me, and took it for tomorrow!"
"I guess that's technically not against the rules, but... why?" Quenilla asked.
"'Cause, it might have not been up the next day? it's pretty obvious!" That's... not terrible logic, I guess.
"Fine, I guess... just, tell us!" Seems Quenilla was getting just as anxious as me waiting to hear what it was.
"Heh-heh-heh! Oh, you wanna know what I chose, huh? Well..." He took a folded piece of parchment out of his pocket, unfolding it and raising it above himself. "We're hunting goblins!"
