Halad's holographic arms crossed as they leaned back against a nonexistent wall, [Now, while I say that the Solar Guardian is a Pseudo-Sage, it is due to a technicality. In reality, he exceeds both Sages and deities in capabilities. However, because the suns and the moon are semi-foreign bodies, they are not directly connected to Andorias. Despite transforming into a powerful entity, the Solar Guardian does not have the ability to break that barrier. This means that, regardless of whatever he does, he can never truly become a native of Andor.]
Luca's curiosity only grew more as he and the other two listened to Halad's words. All of this information did not exist in the game as he knew it. The true identity of the Watcher, the existence of the Solar Guardian, the status of the Lunar Guardian being the original Snow Elf, another Sage amongst the Ancient Elves. None of this had ever been heard before. "I'm guessing the 'certain individual' that got involved with the second star was, in fact, the Watcher, right?"
[You're too smart for your own good sometimes,] said Halad pointedly before huffing, [You are correct, of course. Many events in history have small catalysts that can be traced back to the Watcher. We've already gone over the Dragonslayer, which I suppose can be chalked up to the list of Watcher-related events. The creation of this Pillar and the Fortress to the north also benefited from their involvement, however little it was. The isolationist policy of the Dragon Clan is also related to them, among other things.] The holographic A.I. paused momentarily as it pondered its next words. [I believe the most important event that the Watcher was involved in had to be the creation of Andor itself. With his protective embrace and subtle nudges here and there, Andor became what it is today.]
"This makes me really want to know how Andor was formed, just based entirely on how you've explained it thus far..." said Arthur, who might have stroked a lot of his beard hairs out of his chin. This bothered Arcturus, who lightly used his tail to redirect the king's hand away from his face.
Halad remained silent for a good minute or two. Apparently, this additional input of interest caused some mild dilemma for the A.I. [To explain how Andor was formed, even at the most simple level, will end up revealing a metric ton of things. Just one of those things would violate the 'cannot speak of' rule of the prophecy. This is one of the reasons I don't enjoy dealing with mortals. You're all way too curious for your own wellbeings. Without express authorization from the High Priestess herself, not even Andorias would tell you, and Andorias only listens to the words of two individuals: the Watcher and the High Priestess. I'm basically just a second personality or a twin sibling to Andorias. I give input and helpful assistance, but he is still his own being.]
Arcturus grumbled, "All of this information is heavily dragging out my urge to ask for more. Why can't I learn anything more!?" This led to a young dragon essentially having a tantrum, pounding his paws on the ground, whipping his tail and making sounds of frustration.
[I understand how you feel, but there are so many things that could go wrong if any of you mortals discover this information before its told to you by the High Priestess. There's a reason for this. The High Priestess possesses a very strange ability. Ancient Elves, prior to migration, were all capable of potentially awakening an ability of various forms. I'll skip the main details, but suffice it to say that, after migration, the awakening potential vanished after the second generation. Less than a dozen individuals from the second generation live, while the High Priestess is the last of the first generation. Her power is the strongest, even considered one of the most powerful prior to their migration, called Space-Time Manipulation. It has enormous limitations, but it is practically infallible when used. She wishes to use her ability to reveal the truth of the prophecy in a manner that would not directly affect the current world. Basically, she will make a separate, sealed-off dimension entirely to explain everything.] Halad had ended up going on a long-winded explanation of just a small portion of why none of the information they wished to hear could be spoken.
Luca piped up after Halad finished their rant, "Wait, her prophetic ability is actually just a small part of her true power?"
Halad grunted in irritation, [Correct, it is only a minor part. Her ability also includes being able to see innumerable alternate timelines, scenarios, worlds, even universes. She has to actively control her ability to tune out those alternatives, or she could lose her mind from the incalculable amount of information. Her prophecies come from, whether intentionally or subconsciously, focusing on one particular variation, which usually involves her becoming unconscious as her body hibernates to sustain enough function for her mind to focus on the new information.] The A.I. sighed as it contemplated its next choice of phrase. [From what the database contains, the High Priestess's power is not even the strongest of the abilities that had awakened in their birth world, only the strongest of those that remain. In fact, it's not even the first Space-Time Manipulation ability that had been awakened. The High Priestess is the second appearance, while the original user had ended up overusing their ability to forcibly migrate an entire civilization across a distance that even the High Priestess could not calculate. The result was them essentially becoming a part of the universe itself as a sort of sacrifice. According to the High Priestess, control of her ability was taught to her through the guidance of that person after their physical death, though they can only appear when her ability is actively being used.]
