The morning breeze was cold, yet it feels slightly warmer than when it was during the opening ceremony.
"Good work, Keita-kun, Fujioka-san. Let's work together for today." Shinosuke said.
"We will only walk you through the procedures today, so make sure to understand his instructions okay?" Mayoi said as she pops out her head behind Shinosuke.
"If you make any mistakes, we would also be responsible for you, so please take utmost caution as you should." Chisato said, as she did the same on the opposite side.
"Uh, can you two stop clinging to me? It's almost time to move out too, why not you two find a seat as well?" Shinosuke said.
"See you later, kouhais." Mayoi said in a smug face.
"We will see each other again when we arrive." Chisato said politely.
"I... I don't feel so good..." Shinosuke's last words before being dragged into the back of the bus by both of his girlfriends.
"Shimamura-senpai sure is amazing, how can he managed to make both of them fall for him?" Kamika said as if she is talking about trash.
"I am surprised about how it turned out as well. To think that he actually just mistook them for each other and bear feelings towards them at a different time huh..." Keita replied.
"I just hope it won't turn into a trend or something..." Kamika sighs.
"Haha..." Keita laughs.
"If it is with you, I wouldn't mind falling for you." Kamika whispered.
"Well, let's pray for a safe journey." Keita said.
"You're right, let us be safe on this journey..." Kamika prays.
The journey took three hours from the school to a historical city of Isshu, a place that is famous for its traditional streets and a shrine temple known as Mikami-no-ji.
The first event in the schedule after breakfast is a visit to the historical city where sometimes filming of drama shows occur here. It's only tourists around, even in a weekday. The students then split up into groups and wandered off on their own in their free time.
"Alright everyone, remember to come back before the meeting time, we will head to the hotel after that." Ogura-sensei said to the students.
"To be honest, I never imagined that Fuyu-nee with that unsure and lost expressions years ago managed to become such a reliable teacher." Keita said.
"Fuyu-nee huh, getting all affectionate out of the sudden are we?" Kamika said.
"I told you before, she was friends with my parents, so she came to my parents and asked for career guidance and so my parents did helped." Keita said.
"What kind of person is she back then? Based on what you just said, I doubt she is just like who she is today." Kamika asked.
"Fuyu-nee was timid and so much of an introvert back then. She never had any talents other than just studying. She and her friends went separate paths as they grew up. They are still friends, but you can't just follow them to a path where you can't be happy if it is going to affect your next stage of life." Keita said.
"Sounds like you're speaking right from experience..." Kamika said.
"Aki-nee went ahead and became a dancer while Miku-nee became an idol for a few years before retiring and became a voice actor. It looks like they are dazzling in their life, and so Fuyu-nee felt inferior herself." Keita said.
"Poor sensei." Kamika said.
"Fuyu-nee worked hard to the point of becoming my voluntary home tutor just to get some basics in teaching under my mom's supervision. She is also working part-time at the same time, I was still a middle schooler back then, I wouldn't understand what the adults are doing, but I'm grateful to go through her teachings and secured good grades in middle school." Keita smiles as he said.
"So that was your secret..." Kamika is surprised.
"I'm sure it would be embarrassing to admit, I owed her a lot. So I hope to help her out as much as I could, even just a little." Keita looks into the distance, where some students are taking photos of a historical site.
Meanwhile Ogura Fuyuko, also known as Fuyu-nee was there listening on their entire conversation with her face fully blushed, she hid behind a wall and sits down covering her face in embarrassment.
"Keita-kun, you've grown up..." Ogura-sensei weeps in silence, finally acknowledging her own hard work has finally paid off.
"Fuyuko-chan? Why are you here? Did your boyfwii dumped you?" A woman found Ogura-sensei sitting on the ground crying.
"Eeek! Heeh?! Aki-chan?! Also, Miku-chan?!" Ogura-sensei is surprised beyond words.
"Yaho! We're here for a little vacation~" Aki said.
"It's also fun to look around the filming sites of some drama I watch last season." Miku said in a comfortable, soft tone. Still, you can feel her excitement as she spoke.
"So, where is your boyfwii? Gonna teach that piece of trash a lesson for dropping a treasure such as you!" Aki rolled up her sleeves, as if she is looking for a fight.
"What happened here...? Whoa! Aki-nee and Miku-chan!" Keita came over and checked out the commotion and found both of them.
"Before that, eh? Where did she go?" Aki looked at the place where Ogura-sensei was sitting at, only to find out that she is missing.
"Ogura-sensei was here?" Keita asked.
Aki dropped a fist on Keita's head, Keita gave very little reaction.
"Ummm, what was that about?" Keita asked.
"You should call her by her name, you idiot!" Aki reprimanded.
"Well, well... She is his sensei after all..." Miku said.
"She was crying here just now, did you saw anything just now?" Aki asked.
"I didn't saw anything... Could it be something I just said? I didn't notice she was listening...!" Keita made a realization.
"Excuse us, Aki-san and Miku-san, we must look for Ogura-sensei right now!" Kamika said suddenly.
"Ah right, this is my student council secretary, Fujioka Kamika."
"Hmm, I don't see that much affection from her, Keita-kun. Is she not your girl?" Aki took a close look at Kamika, Kamika feels uncomfortable with her distance and distanced herself away.
"I don't have one, I just got into highschool, anyways, Fuyu-nee!" Keita runs off in a hurry.
"Kei-" Kamika wanted to follow, but is stopped by Aki.
"Now you here is going to share all the stories you know about Keita-kun." Aki snickers as she said.
"Can I acknowledge this as abduction?" Kamika said in a shaken tone.
"Miku, take off your mask for a bit." Aki scowls.
"You... You! Aren't you...!" Kamika made a sudden discovery, she somehow knows Miku...
