"If you need anything or want any changes in the room, feel free to ask it, we will do the changes to your liking" Vihaan told her as he saw her looking at the room as if trying to remember every small thing in the room in brief
"It is perfect there is no need for further changes" Aadvika told him as she turned towards him only to find that he was already looking at her
"Where is my luggage" She asked him as she recalled that she had the work to do and also to change the topic and to remind him that he need to leave the room as she had work to do
"It's already been placed in the closet right there" he pointed towards the door which leads to closet before he excused himself and went to his room telling her to get some rest
After Vihaan left the room Aadvika sighed in relief before she went towards the closet and the movement she opened it she felt like it is an adjacent room just as much large as her bedroom her luggage has been unpacked and clothes she brought with her and other things are all neatly arranged along with other clothes which occupied half of the closet while the remaining half is left empty.
After sighed to herself before she went to take the night dress and change into and after changing her clothes Aadvika came back to her room and took and laptop along with her untouched smartphone to check if she had any new messages or calls to it as she didn't get the chance to look at it after leaving it in locker during her match.
As she expected she received numerous calls and messages from Dr. Bhuvan as she didn't go to the hospital as scheduled and he might have been really worried about her as every message is to know about the symptoms or about her condition
After seeing that it was already late at night, Aadvika decided to call him early the next morning before she opened her laptop to read the files her brother's secretary sent her regarding their company as she sat on her bed leaning on the headboard.
It took her less than an hour to completely understand the structure and the listed companies under them and after getting a brief view of them she started to look at the annual reports of the companies year after year to see the major changes and the projects taken up by them and to understand the financial statements of the company as she can start her work once she had full knowledge about the company.
Just as Aadvika got immersed in her work to the extinct that she lost the time she heard a door knock to her surprise as it is almost past eleven at that time after giving a little speculation about who the person might be Aadvika went towards the door by placing the laptop on her bed as she opened the door and much to her surprise she was welcomed with a warm smile of her mother-in-law
"Mother is there something you need" Aadvika asked her still confused as to why she came to visit her at this hour
"Am I disturbing your work" Maria asked her as she saw the laptop on the bed after getting inside the room
"No not at all I was about to finish my work and planning to go to bed" Aadvika lied to her as she had still not yet completed her work and it might take another hour or so before she finished reading the reports
"that's good then I am planning to spend my night here with my daughter-in-law if you don't mind" Maria told her casually finding it cute to look at the dumbfounded expression of her daughter-in-law
"It's actually because of Vihaan he told me that you are still awake and might be finding it difficult to sleep as it is a new environment for you so he told me to give you company if it is okay for me and I agreed as I thought that it will give me an opportunity to speak a little more with you in alone" Maria told her as she dragged Aadvika towards the bed and after sighing to herself Aadvika closed the laptop and placed it on the desk next to her bed
"I am sorry for troubling you mother I just forget the track of time looking at some documents" Aadvika told her as she sat beside her
"I thought that with you around Vihaan will concentrate less on his work and try to split his time to spend with you but I think you are as workaholic as him which is another burden for me as I need to remind you guys from time to time to take care of your health" Maria changed the topic as she didn't want Aadvika to be too polite with her
