On the other side Rayansh is very busy discussing with his subordinates when his phone rang and with a frown, he thought to dismiss the call but after seeing the caller ID he answered it
"Rayansh, I remembered you telling me that Govt. refused to give any sort of help to me" Aadvika asked him without giving any chance to speak
"Yes, I did say that but why are you asking me now"
"Then why are there people who are following me?" Aadvika questioned him making him nervous
"Where are you heading now?" Rayansh asked her as he took his car keys from the side table
"To the hospital to meet Dr. Bhuvan"
"Can you handle them for ten or so minutes I will join you in short"
"I don't think so Ananya is with me" Aadvika sighed to herself looking at Ananya and the cars following her
"How many people are there and you just pretend like you don't see them I will arrive as fast as I can"
"I will tell the driver to drive fast just handle them as fast as you can" Aadvika told him but was interrupted by the driver who spoke for the first time
"Young madam they are the people appointed by young master to look after both you and young miss so there is nothing for you worry"
"You might have told me in the beginning" Aadvika asked him irritated as she was not informed about the security
"Sorry young madam but I thought young master has already informed you about them" the driver replied
"It's alright just drive little faster I will speak with Mr. Johal later" Aadvika told him as she continued to speak with Rayansh
"I think there is no need for you worry Rayansh" Aadvika told him as she already knew that he might have heard her
"I think it's time for you to take charge with the current situation" Rayansh suggested her after thinking for a while
Instead of replying to him Aadvika tapped her fingers in a rhythm near the phone so that Rayansh can hear the sound of tapping fingers
'We will wait for him to make a move first and then we will decide' she said in a type of morse code
"But don't you think it will be dangerous if we were to wait for more time" Rayansh replied the movement he understood what she meant
'We will wait just don't make a move and don't appoint anyone for now we can't trust anyone' she again told him in morse code
"Alright since Mr. Johal appointed few people for your safety I will listen to you" he told her as he ended the call
After about few minutes they reached the venue while Ananya simply observed all the surrounding which are new to her for whole trip
The movement she stepped out of the car few people came with flowers and bouquets as they spoke "Welcome Dr. Aadvika it is our honor to have you here"
"Thank you everyone" Aadvika told them with a smile as she took the bouquets from them and gave it back to the driver before she went inside along with Ananya
"The procedures and paperwork for your work has been completed ma'am you can start anytime you want" the chief doctor along with few others told her as they lead her inside
"Thank you once again, there is no need for you to stop your work to accompany me just tell someone to show me my cabin so that I can start my work" Aadvika told them and they nodded their heads
"It's all right it is the custom of our hospital to invite new doctors this way, then we will meet you again when we are free, now let me introduce your assistant" then came a lady in her thirties in nurse uniform standing infront of Aadvika
"Good morning Doctor Aadvika I am Priyanka Jain head nurse in Cardiology department and also your assistant" she introduced herself with courtesy and professional manner
"She will handle all your patients in your absence and also make appointments of the patients to who wants to get diagnosed" the chief doctor told her as he left to do his work
"Good morning to you to Mrs. Jain it's pleasure to work with you" Aadvika told her as she showed her towards her cabin
"You can call me Priyanka doctor there is no need to be so polite" she told her in return
"All right and Ananya what do you plan to do, do you want to come with me or go and play with your new friends which you are going to make" Aadvika asked the little girl who has been silent the whole time
"I will play outside we will meet again at lunch time bhabhi" Ananya told her and Aadvika also agree saying her to be careful while she told the nearby ward boy to show her the nearby park in the hospital premises
"Are you married, doctor?" Priyanka questioned her as she felt little confused with the little girl calling her sister-in-law
"No, I am not yet married, that little girl is my fiancé's niece but she likes calling me bhabhi and him as brother" Aadvika smiled looking at the more confused face of the lady standing infront of her
"Confused right it is a long story I will tell you some other time now shall we start treating our patients" Aadvika asked her as they already arrived at her cabin
"Yes, doctor I will first send you the details of all the patients who have been admitted in the hospital as there are no patients today for you to treat since no one knows about your arrival" she told Aadvika as she handed the file of patients to her
"It is expected, so we will go for rounds for now and I will see the patients till lunch time and later please clear my schedule as I need to meet with Dr. Bhuvan Kumar"
