Chapter 3 - Loneliness

But only Aadvika knows the pain she felt since she was a child, the pain of being alone and suppressed by her mother under strict and grounded rules and her mother was also one of the reasons why she escaped the house three years ago and joined the military with the help of her father.

She didn't even let anyone close to her know about her and just left everyone as if she didn't even exist on the planet like a thin air.

After reaching home, Dakshith arranged for her a caretaker and a nurse along with some security guards placed by her mother to ensure that she never leaves the house without her permission.

After being with Aadvika for a few days Dakshith left for a business matter as he being 3 years older than her needed to take the responsibility of the company on his shoulders before her.

Being alone and no one to speak with Aadvika became more depressed and alone and pretended to be dumb not responding to the people around her.

Finally, after reaching home after a week Dakshith and his parents witnessed the condition of her and became more worried that she might do something stupid to end her life again and after intense discussion with his parents Dakshith decided to take Aadvika away from the place for few days.

After her stupid move the environment around her became even more harsh as her parents made it even worse by not even allowing her to leave her room and only the nurse who was appointed to take care of her was there with her to strictly monitor her so that she will not do anything to herself again.

By the time Dakshith came to visit her she was sitting with her eyes closed leaning her back towards the headboard of the bed with an IV drip attached to her hand which had white gauze wrapped around her wrist covered with a tint of red color visible on it from the side.

"Don't pretend I know you are awake" Dakshith told her as he walked towards her and sat in the chair adjacent to her.

"What do you want?" he asked her again after receiving no response from her.

"Take me away from here" She opened her lifeless eyes as she looked at her brother saying "I can't breathe here it's suffocating to be under the same roof with the person I hate the most"

"but the place you are staying is our home and the person you hate is our moth…" even before he could complete Aadvika interrupted him

"yours, not our don't use that word so casually I have severed my ties with her the movement I planned to escape the house three years ago"

Dakshith looked at her with a complicated expression as he contemplated on how to convince his sister to forget the past and focus on the future

"Can't you forgive her, no one can predict the future and if she knows that the outcome to her actions will be to this extreme then she might have never done such a thing and she was doing everything for the sake of you for your future can't you see that"

Aadvika laughed out loud with the words said by her brother and looked at him like a fool as her eyes turned cold and deadly as she spoke

"are you trying to fool me or yourself Dakshith, I don't know where you got such a confidence to say that she might have not done such a thing if she predicted the outcome of her actions" after saying this the temperature in the room decreased as the aura around her became even fierce that shocked Dakshith as he looked at the person infront of him as an unknown instead as his sister.

'what have you gone through in these three years for you to change this drastically Aadvika' he thought to himself as he looked at her lifeless eyes.

"you know how selfish she is, even if she knows the outcome of her actions even then she will do the same.

You know why because she likes to control others, control her own daughter to the extent that she can never even think to be close and make friends with the opposite gender much less be in contact with them. Sometimes I feel it a miracle and impossible thing when people talk about their love story it makes me wonder how such a selfish woman who can only think about herself to the extent that she is willing to sacrifice her own children freedom and happiness fell in love with a man who had nothing with him and left everything for the sake him."

With that Aadvika stopped talking with him more about her mother as it made her to remember unwanted and sorrowful memories from the past.

"I will arrange everything for us to leave this place, we are leaving in a few hours so ask someone to pack the things which you want to take" Dakshith told her as he already decided to take her and thought that it will be a waste of time to convince her views on their parents.

"where are we going?"

"Country I, I have already prepared for your admission there as an MBA student you are going to learn Business Administrations since you stopped to do your previous job long ago and after what happened in these three years you are not fit for that profession so just study some Business aspects, later you can accompany me with our company matters"

"You will stay there for three years; it will take two years to complete your studies and one year I will assist you with the works we handle in India and you can enjoy as much as you want in these three years as there will be no one to stop you from doing what you want."

"What is the payment I need to pay for my freedom?" Aadvika asked him not at all surprised with his sudden change in decision and despite being only 23years old she knows very well how the world works at least for her, there's no such thing as a free meal for her.
