"So.. we made new friends! " Prithvi looked at Rohan who was busy eating the food they had just ordered.
"Ya. Bella.. I mean Shradha looked different than what I imagined. " Rohan answered.
"What do you mean?"
"I always imagined her to look like someone from the american TV shows. You know, angry, depressed teeanager embodying gothic style. But she looks normal, except for that tattoo. She was cheerful and warm! The way she used to speak to us was very different from today. "
"I knew those TV shows would be bad for you! Gothic style!? Really dude !?? Also, I think she was a little sad and depressed before. Somehow things seemed to have changed after Nishant entered her life. Did you not see how he was taking care of Shradha? 'Be careful,The food is hot, Shradha doesn't like mushrooms so lets order something else!' and even she was all like, 'Nishant is this, he is that!' "
"Oh yea man! That was something. They kept on talking about each other and when we asked if they were going out, they declined it saying they were 'just friends' or 'best friends!'. Like seriously !? Any idiot could see the sparks there!!"
"Well, maybe they are worse than idiots and they might only be friends. "
"Whatever. But I did like their company. They did not treat us like nerds! In fact, it looked like they were also bit of nerds like us. "
"Yea man. Maybe we can take their help on our project. What do you think? "
"Sure, why not! We have anyway made plans to meet them soon. "
While it was obvious for others, Nishant and Shradha were unaware of the chemistry they shared. They both were immersed in their own little world with their issues and confusions. However they were both grateful for each other's company and support. Just in the few months they spent together, Nishant was totally aware ofShradha's likes and dislikes and he could easily guess her moods by now. He took care of her like no one ever did and she was getting used to that fact. Shradha had also gained ability to influence Nishant in so many ways; he would now agree to mass bunks, he stayed back in college even after classes. There was a major change in his lifestyle which everyone knew was because of Shradha.
During their regular therapy sessions Neeta had told Shradha that there were positive changes in her and if the trend continued, they could reduce the number of sessions as well. Things were really going fine; atleast that's what they had thought.
