The lady officer kept on looking at her and then told her "Okay we can listen to what you have to say. But first let me tell you a case has been already filed against you for killing your parents. And yes I am senior inspector Sonia and I will be handling this case."
"But why would I kill my own parents? Who filed this case? How can someone think that about something stupid like this?"
"The case has been filed by your mother's cousin Sam Jones. He said that you hated your parents and so decided to kill them. We are trying to find some information about where you were at that time and is it possible that you killed them or not. We will have to take you in the custody"
On hearing this Andrew stood up and said "I already told you she was in the school at the time of murder so how can you take her in the custody. You don't even have a proof against her"
"But still she is the most obvious suspect as she had an argument with them just last night. Didn't she?"
"So what if I had an argument with them, an argument won't compel me to kill them. Even you are a daughter would you kill your parents if you have a small fight over an insignificant matter? Whatever it is ask what you want to ask I don't have any problem with it as long as you can get justice for my parents." Angelina replied shockingly.
Andrew looked at her for some time then said "It's ok if you don't wanna do this I can ask for help from my dad"
"Its fine I will manage." Angelina replied determinedly.
"We will have to take you to the police station."
Inside a dark room the lady officer was sitting opposite to Angelina.
"Who do think can do this?" asked the officer Sonia. At first Angelina looked surprised because of such question but still replied "I don't know. I don't remember anyone who would want to kill them. They never made enemies. So I have no idea of who can do this"
"Why is your maternal family suspecting you?"
"I wanted to go for a trekking this summer but my parents were against it so we were having an argument sort of thing from a few days and my family came to know about this so maybe that's why they are suspecting me"
"What about your paternal family, are you not in contact with them?"
"We have contact with my dad's cousin brother and sister but I don't know why they are not here. Maybe they were not informed."
"Hmmm I have a recording which I want you to listen and tell me whose voice it is. So this is the recording"
Then Officer Sonia did something on the laptop and a blank video started playing with a voice of a lady."Hello Angelina! If you are listening to this audio then your parents have been murdered by me.
