Amira felt her consciousness begin to clear up as the images in front of her disappeared.
She opened her eyes. They gleamed with clarity, but a hint of sadness can be detected.
She surveyed her surroundings as well as the water in the fountain that she meditated in. As she got up, Amira glanced down at her beautiful, purple chiffon dress which reached her ankles. She was surprised the dress stayed dry despite being submerged in the water.
Besides that, the woman also felt some changes in her soul; it feels lighter, cleaner, and stronger. She was wondering what type of special water she was meditating in when she heard a gentle voice in front of her.
"The water inside the fountain is bid Spirit Spring Water. It helps strengthen and purify thy soul. (The water inside the fountain is called Spirit Spring Water. It helps strengthen and purify the soul.)"
She took a glimpse at the beautiful man in a white outfit who was meditating a minute ago. Now, he took several steps over to meet her.
Amira's eyes felt hot, and tears began raining down her cheeks. She wanted to run and hug her grandfather, but halted as she thought. She blamed herself for being weak, for not being able to protect Ju-long gege. Amira also blamed the fact that she couldn't protect her child. She regretted that she had forgotten her loved ones, and blamed herself so much. Amira didn't feel worthy enough to face her relative.
She just kept crying and blaming herself inwardly; however, Alaric observed her every facial expression and movement. It didn't take long to figure what was going on. He pulled Amira in a warm hug and gently patted her trembling back. In a gentle and tender voice, he says, "My sweet Amira, I never blame thou. We all never blame thou. Thou didst what was right. Thou protected those thou love and cherish. (My sweet Amira, I do not blame you. We all do not blame you. You did what was right. You protected those you love and cherish.)"
Amira's tears rained down harder. Her sobbing and whimpering felt like a knife cutting his heart into pieces.
"But I am not strong enough. I couldn't even protect my precious baby." Amira sorrowfully said.
When Alaric heard the word "baby," his gentle patting paused as his face darkened. He moved his gaze to Xiao Bao and Asura, still sitting by the fountain. They were happy watching the two spend time with each other, but they abruptly felt traces of goosebumps. They immediately felt a killing aura leaking out from their Heavenly Lord's body. Their bodies unconsciously shook from their animal instincts.
Alaric used telepathy to communicate with Xiao Bao and Asura in regards about the event that happened in the mortal plane. He wasn't completely informed from Ju-long's message, what exactly happened?
And yes, the Heavenly Lord and Ju-long have been keeping in touch ever since Amira fell down into the black hole!
Xiao Bao and Asura summarized the whole event starting from the hotel incident to how she ended up as a soul in this space. After listening, he wanted to destroy the people who harmed his precious granddaughter. He even wanted to rip Ju-long into shreds! ( ﾟДﾟ)＜!!
Alaric had entrusted Ju-long to find his granddaughter throughout millions of planes but he did not believe that that little brat had raped his granddaughter, and even impregnated her! What also angered him was the fact that his precious granddaughter and great grandbaby, the very one he had never heard or met, died in a tragic state. His face darkened even more.
The beautiful aurora sky vanished and dark, treacherous clouds rolled in. Flashes of lightning can be seen within the clouds. Luckily, the sky changed back to the beautiful aurora sky in a blink of an eye again when Alaric saw Amira take a step back. She looked at him with a tear-stained face. His heart softened.
It seems he will have a talk with that little brat when he sees him, but right now he plans to spend every moment with his precious granddaughter before heading back.
Amira stared back at Xiao Bao and Asura. A big smile appeared on her beautiful tear-stained face. She ran to her pet system and her spirit guard, giving them a big hug.
Xiao Bao, with his big teary eyes, cried out, "Goddess! I thought you forgot about us! Wu~ wu~!"
Asura rolled his eyes though, he was feeling the same way as Xiao Bao.
Amira tenderly consoled him, "I am sorry that I forgot you guys. I promise that it will not happen again."
Alaric let out a couple of dry coughs.
Amira turned to face Alaric with a guilty look.
"Of course, you too, grandfather."
Feeling satisfied with Amira's promise, he beamed out a beautiful smile that could blind a person.
Amira's lip twitched as she witnessed how childish her grandfather was acting. She shook her head, not knowing whether to laugh or cry again.
Amira was happy being reunited with her grandfather and her two animal guardians. Though she cannot forget the injustice death of her baby. She wiped the tears from her face and with strong emotions welled up inside her heart, she faced her grandfather across from her.
"Grandfather, is it possible for you to transfer me back to my body? I have unfinished business to deal with."
Alaric looked at Amira and shook his head side-to-side.
"Amira doth thou wot what here is? (Amira do you know what this place is?)"
Amira did not know what Alaric is trying to get at but she still shakes her head. "No."
Alaric gave out a sigh and continued, "This magical space is bid Ka Universe. This is where the soul recuperates to get stronger and it is also where the soul transmigrates to try missions, what we bid Soul Mission. Like every other ship and places, there are laws that need to course or the soul shall obliterate and never to be reincarnated. Even though I am the Heavenly Lord of the ships, yet I too hast to course the laws. (This magical space is called Ka Universe. This is where the soul recuperates to get stronger and it is also where the soul transmigrates to do missions, what we call Soul Mission. Like every other plane and places, there are laws that need to follow or the soul will obliterate and never to be reincarnated. Even though I am the Heavenly Lord of the Planes, but I too have to follow the laws.)"
When he saw Amira gaze turn sad, he quickly added, "Even though I canst not transfer thy soul back into thy body, yet thou can. (Even though I cannot transfer your soul back into your body, but you can.)"
Then Amira's eyes immediately lit up with hope. Alaric's gaze turns gentle.
"Yet, the only way thou can hie back is when thou completed all ten missions. After completing the missions, thou shall be able to hast one wish and that wish can also be going back to the ship. (Yet, the only way you can go back is when you completed all ten missions. After completing the missions, you will be able to have one wish and that wish can also be going back to the plane.)"
A look of determination was shown in the woman's eyes.
"Don't worry, grandfather. I will definitely complete the missions and those who have hurt my baby and me, I would return it to them a hundredfold! The day when I come back is the day of their retribution!"
