It's just an animal, it's ok, you can do it, it's for the sake of hunger...
I-I can't. Looking into those eyes that are begging for mercy, I can't bring myself to kill the boar...that doesn't mean someone else can't though.
I fly over to Fedora-San who's in the same exact position I left him in. I float over and knock on his hat,"Umm..."
Grumbling sounds from underneath the fedora before I hear a sigh. The ikemen's hand lifts the hat off his face to reveal light blue eyes staring at me lazily,"You got my food?"
"About that-"
"You don't." He answers before I can finish.
"I DO!"
"Where." His eyes stare into my soul as he continues to ask for his food.
I hesitate before I slither a vine cage in front of him,"...pork."
"Do you expect me to eat it like this?"
"...technically you never specified..." I mumble.
He silently looks at the boar's pleading eyes, completely indifferent. I start to get anxious and blurt out," But out of consideration, I set up a fire to roast-"
Before I can finish, a hand grabs me. Fedora-San tightens his grip with narrowed eyes containing a little killing intent and says in a threatening tone," You started a fire?"
I squeeze out," No no no, haven't started yet."
His hand relaxes and lets me go. I gasp, filling my lungs with much needed air.
"Go. ...Leave the boar."
I quickly escape, running away from my newest trauma-inducing person, Fedora-san and head back to Manbun's make-shift base.
