After taking The Helecter's members into his wings - there is one thing Tomita Mitsumasa had to do before meeting up with his master Akagi.
Akagi had one single order for Tomita is to claim the Royal Mutants Society's 'mystical' Artifact the Platinum Sceptre, using the Platinum Akagi will take what is rightfully his from the Mysterious woman with white long hair whom met Akagi and changed his destiny forever. Apparently, she came out from the shadows and introduced herself to the New Mutant Emperor.
Platinum Sceptre was originally hidden in the Caucasus mountain in Georgia (Russian Empire) by the usurper Victor X but when Eliza came into power, she demanded the Sceptre returned to the RMS's capital Caledonia, the mysterious sacred city only known by the members of the Royal Mutants Society.
By Eliza orders RMS arranged their old associates, Thousand Sun's to delivered the Sceptre including some heavy Russian weapons back to the TYZ, their consignment failed when Code Phoenix got involved in Budapest.
Though they successfully managed to deliver it all however the consignment was stolen by another neutral party: The Capricorn Union whom wanted to take the Mutant's Throne for themselves, unfortunately their goals were stopped by Brittonia's Terrarium Knights, they eradicated all remaining Capricorn Union's members and Miyako Fukumori managed to find the Platinum Sceptre.
Retrieving the Sceptre from Capricorn Union's outpost near the TYZ's outskirt, Brittonia deployed Natalia Yomoni, The Baroness or The Silver Witchblade of the Imperium to clear the remnants.
Natalia, as always - fearlessly cut down every enemies with her well-trained in close-combat, without any backup or reinforcement or any heavy weapons she was able to captured entire outpost using only her Cube and handgun which she frequently used while hacking and slicing the enemies with her insanely sharp Cube sword when engaged in the close-combat. Without breaking a sweat, she alone killed 56 Capricorn Mutants and the rest surrendered, she's as good as in close-combat range and swordsman skills, very swift and elegant even while fighting. That's why the hard-core Imperial male soldiers respect her and considered to be the sexiest as well fiercest soldier in the Brittonian Imperial Army.
And as a Valkyrie's subdivision leader Natalia personally handed over The Sceptre to Green Zone's Sector I, where Tomita had gone, stealing the Sceptre before it shipped out into Safekeeping in Imperium Palazzia.
And thus, Tomita is here in the Sector I, Noble's paradise in TYZ. TYZ is massively vast megacity even before Brittonia completely revolutionised city and its influence came from the British architecture. Previously before the occupation: TYZ was under The Greater Tokyo Area, the most populous metropolitan area in the world, consisting of the Kantō region of Japan including Tokyo Metropolis and the prefectures of Kanagawa, Chiba, Saitama, Ibaraki, Tochigi and Gunma as well as the prefecture of Yamanashi of the neighbouring Chūbu region.
Since the Imperial taxes supports the overall economy of the Imperium by redistributing resources where needed, usually to shore up one region of the Imperium where conflict is raging by drawing resources from more peaceful colony.
Usually Sector I am strictly prohibited by common class, or anyone who doesn't have proper sophistication to enter High class Society of Imperium Nobles.
Nevertheless Tomita Mitsumasa, 'man who knows infinite' is no filthy street-dweller. Using his contacts also a bit of his charisma and touch of elegance and class, easily infiltrated into Sector I.
"Quite modernised since the last time I visited, more of a Science Fiction city."
Tomita remarked, gazed happily over the Sector I, claiming it getting developed by day.
The bulk of Imperium State's massive population is divided between three different classes: the upper class that includes the Imperial nobility and the military. The Middle class which mostly living in the commercial and residential Sectors under Yellow, Brown and West-Red, and lastly the masses of the lower classes who serve as a working class such as labourers or rural farmers.
Human's Nobility of birth has never been a guarantee of character, unfortunately, because for every example of true enlightenment or greatness, there are dozens of capricious and self-obsessed men and women who prove, by their base failings, that measuring superiority by birth alone in the Imperium is a lie. Worse still than the dissolute idlers and petty tyrants, are those whose dark inclinations spill over into traitors and true malignancy, often for no better reason than boredom or a sadistic love of power and superiority. Connected, socially-skilled, highly-educated and able to move in the high circles of Imperial society, those of noble blood are frequently as ruthless as they are charming and as dangerous as they are well-mannered, making for skilled infiltrators and subtle ally of the Empire. The upper class is comprised of the official servants of the Supreme One and His Brittonia, including Imperian officials, the aristocratic families, military high-ranking officers, MRC Researchers, Businessmen, bureaucrats and also few Mutants class who gave up their powers specifically on Biotium absorption and pledge their total allegiance to the Imperium as a honest, law-abiding Imperian citizens. Those kind of "Imperian Mutants" are often used by human nobility as hired muscles or bodyguards for their inherent extraordinary physical prowess, but sometimes the others discriminate them with a lot of open disdain, calling them as: monsters, freaks, monkeys or barbarians. It's truly insane to witness how inhuman and amoral humans can be. At times it seems the mutants who are feared for their murderous tendencies, and abused accordingly — are more human than the actual humans. Although Mutantkind are not angels themselves: while many high-class Mutants are so arrogant, so full of themselves, consumed by pride, grandiose and inherent superiority they considered just better than everyone else, humans, and even other Mutants. Especially other Mutants. Even some of them even view themselves above god, though many are prettier than regular humans, stronger, more badass, smell better and probably live longer, it is logical why some may think they are better than humans or other low life Mutants are nothing but mere ants, insect pests, filthy parasites living beneath their boots.
Underneath this utopian-looking country there's dystopic cynicism lies every brick, those Highborn, both Humans and Mutants are never gone out from their heavenly comforting home to see what's going outside, except Imperian Mutants there are still many ordinary Mutants have been segregated into ghettos and are heavily discriminated against. Gradually become Mutant terrorist or anarchist groups have sprouted up in response, and regularly carry out attacks that kill many innocents. Like the outside world away from Imperium States, the society as we know it is no longer on the cusp of a golden age.
"Now where they hiding it?"
Tomita's sight wandered off, passing discreetly through the gate of MRC Special Facility, disguise as regular MRC Researcher, using one of their ID to get himself in.
After Ichiro came into power, including Imperium Senate he paid a little attention to the Platinum Sceptre, they only knew the Sceptre is somehow important to them; they wanted to keep it safe nevertheless, Brittonia hardly know Platinum Sceptre's significance and that's why Tomita is here to intercept it,
"I need to get my hands on the Sceptre,"
Tomita thought, walking in a slow, careful pace searching for the Sceptre as quickly as possible,
"This my only chance before it shipped out into Imperium Palazzia,"
While gazing down everywhere, Tomita stumble upon group of delivery couriers transporting out cargoes on the Flatbed trolley from storage facility.
"Hey you, where were you?!"
Tomita yelled at couriers, acting like one big obnoxious MRC employee ranting the courier department for no reason,
"Sir?"
One of the couriers asked in confusion,
"Do you know what time it is? My supervisor is waiting for the delivery."
"Sir we're just leaving."
The courier explained himself, too afraid to meddle with a MRC Employee,
Tomita was hoping to persuade couriers to get Sceptre while been undetected thus he asked in a rude manner,
"Do you have the list?"
"Yes sir!"
"Then give it here dammit!"
Tomita rudely snatched the clipboard tablet from the courier, checking if the Sceptre is on the list.
Apparently, luck is on his side, Tomita spotted the Sceptre hidden behind one of the boxes,
"Take out package no. 68, I will handle it myself."
"But sir we were ordered to deliver every package over to the Imperium Palazzia."
Courier protested hesitantly,
"Araghh... Do you not know I'm here by the orders from The Imperium Senate and Supreme One himself; if you still decline, I get Minister Monosuki on the phone if you want to,"
As a brilliant actor Tomita growled at the couriers, prying on their fearing,
"Alright fine, get him the package."
"Much appreciate it."
Tomita said, smiling, took the Sceptre containing package from the courier, and immediately head towards the exit,
"That was easy. I'm sure I can prove my unflinching loyalty giving it to Lord Shinsuke."
He murmured excitingly, walking out from the facility in a fast pace.
"Now what have we here!?"
Right at the exit, Tomita encounter a sulky Military Sergeant standing in front,
Suddenly there is military garrison patrolled over The Sector I, couple of camps some trucks and dozens of Imperial soldiers matching down the road.
