The village was safe. after many thanks, many apologies and looks of sorrow, after getting his face patched up, Mi came over to Gyll and Kaber to update them on the situation.
"I must admit, I never imagined you would be this powerful, Mi" Kaber complemented, carrying a sack of grain he received from the villagers.
"Yeah, but I'm more impressed by Razyl's attitude towards the knight," Gyll said.
Mi and Kaber leaned closer and began whispering tauntingly, "What a pussy, right?" Asked Mi, Kaber confirmed.
The group made their way towards the fort.
Razyl's slim figure waved the group over, "It's great you're back! I need to show you something." He called out to them.
The group made their way to the fort,
"What is it?" asked Gyll, before noticing a medium length blond haired man sitting on the grass of the fort devouring the group's supplies.
The group looked at the man, "That's my food." Mi said blankly.
"Our food!" Razyl corrected Mi.
"Yeah, our food," Mi repeated sarcastically.
"And you said you don't need food!" Gyll added.
"But you got me hooked on the stuff," Mi replied.
"You what?" Kaber asked extremely confused.
The blond man awkwardly interrupted the argument, "Eh-em, sorry to cause such a commotion, I was kind of starving. " the man chuckled.
Kaber looked at the man again, noticing he was wearing armor.
"Human, you wouldn't happen to be a knight," Kaber asked.
The man looked surprised,
"Oh, yeah, sorry. My name is Prince Herian, next in line for the throne of the human kingdom of Eskria." the man said with a wave.
The group stayed silent for a bit, "Are you responsible for what happened at the village?" Kaber asked, slowly building up rage.
"What do you mean?" Asked the prince raising an eyebrow.
After explaining the events at the village, the prince's expression turns to that of shock,
"No, that's impossible." The prince said.
"My father would never..." he added.
"But according to the villagers, the knights introduced themselves as being under the command of King Edmund the second, the r-" Gyll pointed out but was interrupted by the prince.
"King who?!" questioned the prince,
"Edmund," Kaber repeated.
The group fell silent again, "Is that not your father?" Mi asked.
"It's my uncle." the prince replied.
