"Aunt Jane?"
She were in her room, when Euna suddenly came up.
"What's the matter?"
"I suddenly remembered something.., while she's holding the journal.."
"You did?... now tell me what is it."
"I saw mom and me in a room and teaching me how to pray."
"Kid, that's a great progress, maybe next week let's go to Doctor David."
"Ugh! Aunt he will just tease me again, why is he my Doctor?"
"He was actually your Doctor since you're wearing diapers."
"Really? So he knows my parents?"
"He does... so he is the perfect doctor for you, now go to your room and sleep...don't over think what you just saw, and never stressed your brain to remember more."
"Okay, good night auntie."
...
Curious Euna, can't sleep..
"I should open some, otherwise there's no use I'm still awake."
October 15, 2000.
"I was 7 years old at this time."
Euna went to grade school, and for the first 3 months I wasn't called by the Principal until now.
Me and Tammy were prepared to take our daughter's side whatever she did but planned to lecture her when we're at home.
To our surprise she didn't get into any trouble, we were asking her inside the car but she's stubborn to say something, so all we thought she did something, little did we know she was actually doing better in school that her teachers wanted to accelerate her in grade 3.
We were laughing with my husband, but still worried with what the Principal said, that she's so good but her social skills weren't.
We observed that as well, so we decided to consult Dr. David a psychologist.
Thank God, it wasn't a serious matter only that she can't have a proper association with other kids because she's beyond them, she easily got bored with kid's stuffs that others might not understand her.
Euna were gifted, she can actually go with adults and can understand them.
I remember, Dr. David told us to engage her more with other kids and not with our stuffs ...well his father is a Doctor as well, a cardiologist and I'm in Accounting.
We're at fault, I think.
At a young age because of too much work, to not let her feel being left out, we engage her more with our work while looking after her, we see that she's enjoying it every time me or her dad brought her in our office.
Euna were reading them, and she felt that those really did happened, only that she can't remember it well.
"Proverbs 22
[6]Direct your children onto the right path, and when they are older, they will not leave it."
Was the last note in the paragraph.
