Eve parked her car and walked through the pavement. On either sides of the pavement us full of her favorite pink roses. She almost bought all the else plants which is pink, to decorate them in her garden. She love plants and gardening is her best hobby. She was desperately waiting for the blossom of those pink flowers that matches the rose gold paint of her cozy little home. Eve went inside switching on the lights and thinking of her dinner.
The land-line was ringing before she could come from kitchen to living room the call was cut. Nobody ever calls her land-line except her Ally.The phone rang again and Eve Picked the call after the second ring.
"Ally, you know what now I'm a permanent resident of Calda.l'm so much happy babe.How are you and miss you so much Ally",she was speaking without a gap that she was not expecting any response from Ally.
"Hi to you too, miss Jeinro",Came a melting husky voice from the other side of the call. This is definitely not Ally, even if she caught the worst cold ever in the world she could never imitate a man's voice.
"And who's this ",it was more of a demand than a question.
"Edward Romaro",was all the reply she got for her demand.
"Do I know you sir. Becuase I don't remember sharing my number with any of the male collegues",Eve questioned him by taking pen and her book from the draw beside the land-line to note the number.
"Absolutely not Miss Jeinro. This is the first time you might know my existance in this world probably if you still didn't open your case file",again came the serene husky voice.
Is he trying to seduce her with that angelic voice.
"I'm so sorry Mr Adonis, just now I came back home and didn't find Time to go through the file. I was not expecting your call. Can I go through the file and get back to you. ",Eve explained herself like some child giving explanation to her teacher for incomplete homework.
"It's fine Miss Jeinro, can we make an appointment after an hour so that I can explain about the case. And not Adonis, it's Edward "Correcting her again in his melting voice.
Just by his voice he's seducing her. "Where Could I meet you Mr Romaro",she made her voice too plain very sure not to show her eagerness to meet Mr Adonis.

Eve checked herself in the mirror. Few curls escaped her messy bun and her floral printed pale gray long skirt and her full sleaved dark black blouse made sure to hide her body. It's not that her slim figure with slight curves can attract men. But she's used to the dress being grown up in the froster-care. The dresses they gave never fitted her. After that she never considered buying hugging cloths. At last she made her last touch up and left her room picking up her purse and the key on her way out.
After few directs from the people in the fouth and seventh street she reached Baily's night club.This is the first time she's looking at a night club from outside.It almost represented a nineties vegas club.Strange, until yesterday night clubs were banned in this place and now it's jumping all of a sudden out of blue. she went through the guards who were like rome god statues, hot and still .She almost got blinded by the lights from the ceiling and it took few seconds for her eyes to adjust .It was full of smoke and blurry vision of a club.She could see a silver giant bar on the right corner and the couches on the left corner and the dancing floor in the middle.She can predict that almost fifty would be dancing to the shaky beat from the dj though she dosn't recognize the song.
Eve had a heart-attack thinking of finding Claire in the smogy crowd.she moved to the couch section ,which was occupied full of people drinking and kissing each other. She's in desperate need to sit , since her five inch heel is digging in her foot. She could spot a free space at the corner of the pale flower printed wall. the couch was in the shape of U.And a man was occupying the center of the couch hunched into his lap-top. In someway he looked odd to this club, from his well cut hand stitched grey suit to his working look with his book in his left hand.She couldn't see his face. Could it be my Adonis. She walked to him passing the crowd of people walking past her.
When she was almost few feet near him, "Excuse me sir "she asked him loud enough to him to hear in this noisy zone.
She expected some response from him, but he was the same jeus statue. Eve moved closer to him, when she was only half foot distance from him he lifted his face. She got collided with those amazing hazel eyes. Before she could recover from the sudden wave of shock. And her five inch heel made a perfect skip, and she fell on him. Perfect now her first kiss was stolen by her Adonis was her first thought. When she opened her eyes ,she was staring in to a pair of dark Green fringed hazel eyes. His face was more paler, than the human color with well formed cheek bones. Doesn't he have enough blood in his arteries and veins.
He blinked once which made her to respond her pale green eyes with her blink. And the next minute she felt his hands on her slender hips tighten.
