The club was so smoky that she grabbed his hands as a life support .She couldn't see any faces around her through the smoke and her legs started to wobble. She wavered a little, the very instant falling in his arms.The feel of danger was replaced by protection. The chill of his body was making it more unique making her to sink in his arms.
She grabbed his waist with the other hand, when he left free her hand to hold her in his arms.
"Miss Jeinro, we've been standing in the parking for the past few minutes. Now I understand that how much you like being in my arms. Would you mind if we continue this, once we reached home",he made his hold tight as if captivated by her warm skin. She could feel his breath on her head making her shiver even more at the thought of feeling his bare skin.
She is holding on to him.That makes him want to protect her even more. This is not the place for such a flawless innocent soul. He is afraid that he could put her life at stake. His scent on her can attract his enemies, he should stop getting emotionally entangled with her. This could be a danger for both of them. He shouldn't reveal his identity to her.
"Stand here and hold this. I'll bring the car,"he's not looking at her. Again avoiding her. Seriously, I'm the one who is his slave and why is he serious. It's gonna be a tough task to live with this mood swing vamp. She was holding his jacket and looking around the parking.
It is not a new place for her, she remembered once coming here with Claire .But she never seen this place this much dark before. She saw a couple making out on the other side of the parking. The guy would be in his thirties and the girl much younger. The moment the guy looked at her, he opened his mouth to show his fangs which looked sharp enough to rip any metal. As he sank his fangs into the girls neck, blood seared out of her neck. Eve shivered grabbing Ed's jacket tightly to her heart. She could feel her legs going numb.
"Hop in and stop staring at them', he opened the door of the passenger seat getting his jacket from her. She couldn't move ,and she was sure what she saw might happen to her in the near future. She took the support of the door and sat inside the Rover.
He is a Rich kid. By looking at his car she can say that it costs more that her two years of salary as a whole.She kept staring at the roads, not trying to bring out any conversation.
They were driving in silence, and he is not accustomed to her silence. He wants that, fierce Eve. He turned on the heater in his car for her. He can withstand mild heat for a few hours, though it drains his energy gradually. He doesn't want to kill his prey in the very beginning.
The drive lasted for almost an hour and most of them were into the forest. There was surprisingly no howling through those dense forest .After the last eight turn, they passed the metal gates into a grass fields probably a garden. At the far end there was a two storey building. She could smell the jasmine in the air from the window.
He parked the car in front the for and got down, "Get down and help me with the jack and bag. I'll switch on the lights ",with that he vanished and within a few seconds the building was lit fully with lights.
The ground floor was fully made of stones with the garage at the right side of the house with a big shutter. She couldn't peep inside with all the windows closed. From inside Edward opened the door. He was shining in the lights. The living room lights made his skin paler than ever, and his eyes started to shine with the crimson red.He looked so edible, with those thin shirt sticking to his torso making it impossible to avoid his perfectly chiseled body. Was he trying to seduce her. Then he is on the right track.
He opened the door for her, and she passed through him very much aware not to touch him. The fire burning inside will blast the moment they lose their control,which is not in today's agenda or in the near future.
The living room was wide with the pale deep blue sofa in the middle facing the TV on the right and the kitchen on the left side of her. The wall paper and the kitchen was brand new. There was straight to her leading to the first floor.
"I'm hungry ",she gulped the moment he said those words along her neck as if asking for her to feed him. The blood seared through her veins making her blush from head to toe.
Looking at her blush kindled all his hidden desires to take her in the living room.She is glowing red making him to imagine how she would feel under him in bed.her warmth made him to crave for more,though he was never fond of heat.Her scent make him mouth watering.His bangs begged him to sank in her blushing nec and taste her warm blood.
"I'm going to look for my serving,be careful , go through the stairs and on your left first room will be yours",with that he vanished to the kitchen.
She was about to go up,the nail in the handle pierced through her finger in the right hand.When the second drop of blood fell on the ground,Edward was beside her holding her hand.His grip was tight enough to make her hands red from his grasp. He was staring at her hand ,with his bare fangs.
