I fell asleep god knows when.
I just know I had another nightmare. Not just any old nightmare tho. It was when I found out that everything I knew was a lie and I wasn't normal.
Midnights dreams:
I remember trying to talk to Fang about something because I was so sad and he put his hands at my hips and kissed my forehead and I passed out. I was so deep in sleep that when I woke up it was to people yelling and loud banging noises. It took me a moment to realize that it was Fang and that angel guy.
"Well maybe I'm pissed off that you stole my girl. My wife to be! You sto-"
"I never stole her and you know it!" I hear Fang yell and another loud bang.
"She was never yours to begin with! I tried keeping my distance from her-" I hear his yelling continue.
Wife to be???
I think creasing my eyebrows.
"Well look where that fucking led you two! 'I tried keeping my distance from her' my ass! You basically shoved your vampire tongue down her throat!" I hear the angel guy yell in outrage.
....Vampire?
Fang is a vampire...?
No it's impossible!
This has to be some kind of prank!
I've known him my whole life...
I get off the bed I'm on and walk towards the door to hear a bit better and find out what's going on cause they got so quite.
"That isn't her memory! It's mine!" Fang yells; startling me and making me jump back a bit.
"If you take that lid off the jar you will regret it for life." I hear Fang say in a threatening tone that caused a shiver to run down my spine.
"Oooh scary!" I hear the angel guy say tauntingly.
I get angry and I'm about to come out the door to yell at them both for being that way towards each other when I hear glass shatter in the room they're in.
I decide to stay where I'm at because I got very uneasy; so uneasy I start to back away from the door back towards the open of the bedroom.
"Ari, don't fuckin' do this!" Fang yells out and then another loud bang follows.
I tremble a bit getting scared.
"Now this doesn't look like Luna's memories." I hear the angel guy say in outrage before I hear a sinister bone chilling laugh.
"You fucking asswipe! You think doing this will make her love you!?" I hear Fang yell out; sounding pissed.
Love???
That angel guy loves me?
But I don't even know him!
I'm so confused about everything.
All the lights in the house went out and my heart started beating real fast. I look all around me to find some kind of light source when I see a black shadow man with glowing red eyes and a full set of sharp white canines standing in my doorway with a sickening grin.
I keep looking and realize he's holding a knife which causes my breathing to become uneven.
As I take a step back the shadow runs at me full speed and I scream out covering my face with my arms.
The moment the shadow collided with me I felt the knife stab at my chest and I gasped for air. I already felt the tears falling down my face as I felt myself get stabbed in the arm next causing me to scream out. I tried moving away because it was becoming to much and was shoved onto the ground by the shadow. I started crying and he put the knife near my face and started cutting at my right cheek. I screamed again and next thing I knew fire erupted in the room.
I'm on fire!
I start screaming again and thrashing around trying to get up but the shadow weighs god knows how much.
I look up at the shadow and my blood runs cold.
"Romeo?" I whimper our in disbelief.
It's...it's Romeo. He's trying to kill me!
He's hurting me.
He smiles at me with a sadistic grin and leans close into my face as I try to squirm my face away but to no avail get nowhere.
"I should've killed you the night I was ordered to." He whispers into my ear.
I open my eyes to say something until I feel the most excruciating pain in my neck. Fangs in my neck. Literal fangs.
"NO! GET AWAY FROM ME!!!!" I scream out as I feel him dig deeper and starting to suck.
I try to get up but he pins me down even harder.
I see the fire. It's green.
It's on me...yet I don't feel it. All I feel is the pain in my chest, arm, and neck.
Even then I can't tell if it's pain I feel in my neck anymore.
Until I feel his fangs come out so harshly I scream again.
I scream so loud it's the only thing I hear as I feel the fire start to burn at my skin. Inside and outside.
"But you taste so good. You smell so delicious and all I want is the taste of your blood in my mouth." He whispers before disappearing.
I just keep screaming.
Everything burns!
I start to cough cause of the smoke of everything burning around me.
I try to roll around to get everything off me; try to smother the flames licking at my skin but nothing works. It's all useless! I cry out from the feeling of my flesh burning as images start to flash through my head one by one of an older girl, Romeo, and that angel guy. She has white wings and black hair. Her skin is a milky white and she has the most beautiful pair of baby blue eyes.
So many things flow through my mind when I realize: that girl is me.
I stop screaming because of all of it and just cry.
I knew there was something different about me. This is why all the kids ran away from me screaming. They must've known I was a freak!
"Lily! Say something!" I hear Romeo yell.
I sit up and look around for him but can't see anything but this fire.
I wish it would just disappear!
And it did.
Within a blink of an eye it was all gone and standing in the room looking all frantic and scared was Romeo.
I wake up and look at myself and notice that my magic wore off.
Shit!
My hair is black and I'm sure if it's that color; the rest of me is not even recognizable.
So much for no more magic.
I concentrate real hard and try to change my appearance like I did when I came back but nothing happened.
"No, no, no!" I say freaking out.
Please don't let this be what I think it is.
"Another nightmare at midnight Lily?"
