In the palace, Graen heard the gong.
"Men, my daughter and Omega are arriving warn the guards and the townspeople. I shall go there personally."
As Omega arrived in the port, he saw the crowd that was waiting and he turned to tell Naomi that they were arriving, but she had passed out from exhaustion. As Omega approached the port he slowed and turned to be able to get off of the ship. He stopped the ship and he picked up Naomi and walked down and off the ship. The crowded all gasped in shock when they saw Naomi in Omega's arms, probably thinking she was dead. Graen was walking down the avenue when he saw Omega holding Naomi and he rushed to see what had happened.
"What happened?! What happened?!" He roared at Omega, "Is she dead?!"
"No, she is not dead," Omega told him, "She passed out when we were arriving."
Royal doctors rush to the scene and they took Naomi back to the palace. Graen walked with Omega and wanted to know if they had killed the Jhen Morhan.
"So when we neared the Jhen Morhan, it threw rocks at us and hit one of the ships, which is the one we used to get back, and we started attacking it and it lurched and leaped over the ship, after climbing on its back and creating a hole in its rocky spine, it then lurched sending us off. We hit it with the dragonator and then it destroyed the ship, we landed heavily on the sand, I got up but Naomi didn't, I carried her until the Jhen Morhan came back and I hid her and fought it and after I think like 10-20 minutes I killed it and then carried Naomi on my shoulder until I found the ship and then we came here," Omega explained.
"So you did kill it!" Graen exclaimed, "Amazing, I thought I would not hear that while I was alive! Let's have a feast to celebrate!"
"No, I think we should wait for Naomi," Omega suggested.
"I guess you are right," Graen said agreeingly, "It wouldn't be nice to celebrate without her, come to the palace with me and let's see how she is doing."
Omega and Graen walked to the palace. Omega had just come back and was tired and went to his room. He took off his armor and sat on his bed with his bowgun undone on the table of his room.
"What if I combined this Rathalos barrel to the Lagiacrus body and keep the Nibelsnarf aim and have a Deviljho stock, it would have a high fire rate, a good aim, a lower chance of jamming and a good recoil per shot," Omega talked to himself.
A knock came on the door.
"Sir, she wants to see you."
"I'll be right there," Omega said as he put the pieces of his bowgun down and rushed down the stairs to the room where Naomi was being cared for.
"Naomi, you're okay!"
"Yes," She responded faintly.
"Do you remember anything?"
"Not really, just when we were fighting the Jhen Morhan and it broke the ship and when I hit the ground, nothing else," She responded.
She moved her arm up but as she did her face changed as she winced in pain.
"Are you okay?" Omega asked.
"Yeah, I forgot that I had injured by back and shoulders when I landed or whenever but I hurt my back and shoulders so moving them if painful," She said faintly.
"Do you want me to stay or I can leave you and let you rest?" Omega asked.
"No, stay here, can you tell me what happened after the Jhen Morhan died? What did you do?"
Omega spent the night taking with Naomi, he talked and talked about his adventures and about the fight with the Jhen Morhan and how he got them back. He talked and responded to Naomi's answers. When the day was dawning Omega said goodbye to Naomi.
"Omega, are you married?" She asked.
"No, why?" Omega responded.
"Just to know."
Why did she ask me this? I too tired to think about that, got to get some sleep.
Omega woke to the sun shining in his face. He got up and looked at the table in his room and realized he hadn't put his bowgun back together. Around an hour later he had finished the bowgun. He left the palace and took one of the ships from the port to go back the where he had killed the Jhen Morhan.
