Letting out a deep sigh, Charles controlled the [Black Inferno] spell to move upward towards the dark clouds and spoke.
"Although I'm not sure if I can defeat the Pope of Light Church, I have the power to kill any Awaken in this Faith Realm within a few seconds. But I don't want to cause chaos everywhere like the 'Nightmare' being. I know how long it would take to build a city like this one, Mr. Smith." He deliberated for a moment, looked up at the cloudy sky, and then continued.
"After reading the Prophecy Book, I learned that Bishop Victor seems to have some deep hatred against me, and he also knew only basic things about me. Anyway, I want to tell you that I don't have any reason to harm the citizens."
As he spoke, the [Black Inferno] spell continued to move upward and soon entered the dark clouds.
