A tall, lanky man who was clad in a dark hoodie and a baseball cap stood in wait at an inconspicuous corner near the towering Lé Amoúr Suites and Restaurant. He held a long range DSLR camera in his arm and seemed as if he was waiting for someone to arrive.
Moments later, a man in an elegant and sleek gray suit stepped down from a white Bugatti Veyron and walked into the restaurant. A series of soft clicks broke the silence in the hidden corner.
