Sam, who was still impersonating as V almost tripped over when he heard Anaya. As he still had to pretend as V, he could not voice out his amusement and had the weirdest expression on his face. But thankfully Anshika and Raj were behind him so they couldn't see his expression. However, it was captured in the surveillance cameras, later, whose recordings will be used by his friends to tease him for the time to come.
***Back to the hall***
"Answer me, That V, he's Sam behind that mask right?" Anaya asked again.
"Yes" Elisa answered reluctantly.
"He's not planning to really do it with Anshika right? You guys have already fulfilled your goal and bring out the truth in front of Dheer" Anaya asked again.
As soon as she said this, everyone let out a sigh of relief. They all had the same thought, 'We are not doomed'.
"No, of course not! He will not do it. Raj's wife is still in the dark about her husband's deeds so it's her turn to see the light now." Elisa answered almost instantly. She let out a silent sigh 'Thank God, she came to this conclusion. Thank goodness, she's got her EQ equivalent to Dheer.'
"You guys are really cool. You really are great friends. I mean I never imagined you would go to this length to expose Anshika's true nature in front of Dheer. I bet others are there as well, right? Connected to that Bluetooth of yours. It's Bluetooth devices, right? No wonder I found it strange when I saw those strange looking objects placed in your ears. They must be the new inventions of Aisha's company." Anaya was beaming.
"Yeahhh!!!" Rehan made a sound, totally confused by her reaction.
"Wait, why did she come to this conclusion. How is she sure that we all are involved in this except Dheer" asked Eva at her end.
"Maybe she too takes Dheer for a fool who couldn't see through Anshika's deceptions by himself." Arav answered chuckling.
"Maybe you are right" Aisha too let out a chuckle. Eva laughed too.
Hearing this, Elisa and Rehan almost burst out laughing there and then while Dheer let out a scowl.
Unknown to this conversation, Anaya resumed her blabbering "Wow this is such a nice gadget. It's totally different from the ones available on the market. I almost took it for accessories. No wonder Aisha and her company rule the tech world and are entrusted to create gadgets for military purposes."
Aisha was one of the brilliant inventors in the country and her company was entrusted by the government to invent the gadgets used for the country's security and for the country's spies.
Anaya continued "I never thought what Elisa said about Anshika would turn out to be true. Sorry Elisa I didn't believe you back then" she looked at Elisa apologetically.
"Huh! When?" Elisa was equally confused with all her blabbering.
"That time, when Anshika came back you told me that she's not a nice person and I didn't believe you. I'm sorry about that. You guys really did a lot for Dheer." Anaya sighed and turned towards Dheer.
Just as Anaya turned to Dheer, Elisa signaled Dheer. On receiving Elisa's signal, Dheer began to act like a miserable man. The parts of his face, visible under the mask turned ghastly and his eyes were now brimming with tears. Thank God he came prepared.
"Are you alright, Dheer?" Anaya asked, seeing Dheer in such a condition.
"I'm fine" Dheer said 'trying to stop his tears'.
"It's okay Dheer. Everything happens for a reason. She was not the right person for you" she tried to console him. 'What to do, I'm so bad at consoling others' thinking this she turned to Elisa and Rehan and with puppy eyes.
"Let's go from here first." Dheer said and turned towards the exit, looking pained.
Others followed him. Aisha and Eva too left their places and moved towards the exit while Sam and Arav stayed to close this chapter named Anshika from their life.
From now on, Anshika would never be able to interfere in Dheer's life in any way.
She wanted money, and properties, she'll get them. She'll be counted amongst the multi-millionaire of the country from today onwards. But.....
