Nasha felt like she had spoken everything on her mind at the speed of light. Her reasons for applying for university later was not unreasonable with her situation it's not wise to go back to education.
Also, the University application date already closed hence even if she wants to apply she can't.
Using underhanded method such as money doesn't seem wise, and she wants to achieve things through her own blood, sweat and tears...
A/N: I swear every time I think blood, sweat and tears I think of BTS- Nae pi ttam nunmul nae majimak chumeul Da gajyeoga ga
There was no such thing as free lunch.
As for now, it's better to sort things out before busing herself with studies. Hence a gap year was better. Even tho with her family reputation she could go to university. It's not worth it.
She wants to work hard with her own efforts.
Her own money would feel differently when she actually had to work for it instead of being simple hand outs from her parents.
Everything has its setback, bullying her sister and asking permission her father was different. She can't act spoilt suddenly and expect them to accept it. Teasing her elder sister was minor thing.
She really hoped her father would at least say something but, her father responds made her really helpless. What was wrong with this old man? Even tho she knew she would not get her ways easily, after all coming back after 2 years and behaving like nothing happened would be impossible.
She had no choice, she doesn't want to be a burden to them. She has been gone for two years, suddenly acting all too familiar seems out of ordinary but for now she has to keep this facade until it becomes real.
"Hmm"
All her father said was that word. Is it even a word? Ah, she talked so much and this was the answer she got? She was not surprised but she was helpless. Even though she was getting annoyed. Gritting her teeth, helplessly asking her father "Does that mean I can leave home"
"Hmm"
"Mum! Can I leave? I promise I won't go against you guys again. After I divorce that man, I will marry the man of your choice. Just allow me to go, please" She pleads her mother, she knew they would not easily trust her, anyways who would, even so, she had no choice, she felt uncomfortable.
Naisha didn't want to voice it out since she might hurt their feelings. She was grateful that they accepted her but it's going to take a while for her to get used to their love and pamper.
Especially from her grumpy father. She loved her family dearly but being deprived of love for two years, and suddenly being loved makes her hard to bare and she was afraid that she might lose her dear family yet again.
She looked at her siblings, they were rejoicing at her misfortune. Especially, Naomi, she felt like maybe it was time for some payback. ah, karma was really a bitch.
Her siblings had a smirk đ on their face when they saw her frustrated look. As if saying 'Serves you right. We had to go through it and now it's your turn. Do you think moving out is this easy.' Their expressions clearly screams you deserved it.
Naomi coughed while muttering "What comes around goes around' Naisha felt like destroying her sister right there. She glared at her evil sister. If a look could kill, Naomi would have been instantly killed.
Ah, she really suited the evil step-sister role from Cinderella, unfortunately, she was her biological sister. So she wonders.
Her mother couldn't help it and started laughing "Hahaha" her stomach hurts for laughing so much. Naisha's mother holding her stomach laughed with delight, her little middle-aged face shone brightly as if she became a decade younger.
She looked at her husband and her children. Her baby little tiger (Naisha) was acting like a little kitten. Her nervousness baffled the old lady but her ached a little.
She knew her daughter was holding back her bad temper, billing her sister and seeking permission was different and acting unnatural and she doesn't really know how long it take her to get her daughter back.
Naisha was never like that before, a while ago she was chewing her elder sister like a demoness and now she looks like an obedient little kitten. What funny little child.
Although this household lost its vigour two years ago. Finally, it was back to how it's meant to be. She vowed she will never allow her children to stray ever again.
Her grandparents looked at each other and said nothing while smiling. They felt they shouldn't meddle in their son's and grandchildren's business. It's fun to watch from the side rather than get involved.
Now Naisha had enough, she didn't have time to entertain them.
"Is it yes or no? I had enough. I am leaving, I know I am not a great daughter but I have many things to sort out, also I am not a child anymore, so, I guess I can leave right? I hate talking but I still did and all I got was "hmmm" what the hell?"
Naisha was on the verge of crying. How could they do this to her? She doesn't like it and especially when someone "Hmms" at her what bullshit is this. Why even speak English if you just gonna hmmm?
