So since this setting is in the future, the schools have changed. This is the way they are now

Everyone starts school at the age of 7 on January 1st till December 31st, but there is no elementary, this is only middle school, high school, then college. But this is how your middle-high school years are set up.

1st year in middle school- 7 years old

2nd year in middle school- 9 years old

3rd year in middle school- 11 years old

1st year in high school- 13 years old

2nd year in high school- 15 years old

3rd year in high school- 17 years old

4th year in high school- 19 years old

As you can see, there is one year in between each grade. So basically their "Summer" or in the novel they call it "Rest Period" is one year. Every other year they have school. Also, during that "Rest period", parents/guardians can choose if they want to hire a "Summarizer" every weekend so that their child doesn't forget what they had learned the previous year. Summarizers are basically people that remind the children what they had learned previously. They don't ever teach new stuff, they just remind. Of course, you don't need summarizers to remember stuff from the previous year. You could just remind yourself, which may be hard, but possible. There are some children that don't need to be reminded, because their geniuses. They can remember without being reminded. But that is only 0.0000001 out of the 15 billion people that live on earth and other planets.

Speaking of other planets, i will rarely mention it in this story. After this story ends, there may or may not be a sequel, depending on if i feel motivated to. Also it may take some time, since i would prefer to start it maybe during summer. Thanks for reading Queen of the World so far.
