Just as Lila thought that Haruka suddenly spoke up, "So, you do like it, huh?" his tone was neither teasing nor indifferent. There was something serious about it, something strange, something different.
Lila nodded, and Haruka smiled, "I see, yeah. That's good," he removed the scarf of himself and wrapped all of it around her, "It's getting colder, you keep it."
'But it's warmer when the two of us are together,' Lila thought. But she held back those words. Lila wondered why even now they are so close to each other and yet she has to hold back what she is thinking.
Back then, in London, he told her that soon, something important will happen. Lila supposed even without memories, a person never truly lose the things you care about the most. .. Oh. . Come to think of it, back then. . . She was the only one he remembered although he forgot everyone else. Perhaps it was already becoming obvious then, what the outcome of their meeting would be.
