Still hugging the black sword, Vlad then aware of what he was doing. He realised that he must've been seem foolish while he lost in his own little world.
Feeling the shame hitting him like a raging wave, Vlad then coughed to hide his embarrassment.
Well he was lucky that he didn't look at Tiriel's direction. Her face were that of an angel but the cold in her eyes spoke otherwise.
"S-speaking about Nirdel Flower, I seem to have quite a lot of it here in my bag. Can we sell a few to make some money?"
Still not willing to look at Tiriel straight in the face, Vlad asked that question as he put his sword inside the small bag on his back.
In exchange he then took out a beautiful blue flower that has star like brilliant on the petals.
Vlad only took out one flower to show her. But only he knows just how many that flower were laying around inside his bag.
"Master, let me ask you just in case. How many do you have?"
With her eyes narrowed into slits, she then inched closer with a dark aura around her.
After all, she knew that the flower were astronomically expensive now. Just one flower could sell for three billions gold, not to mention a bunch of them.
She was quite lucky to encounter just one flower in this back water area. And now that her master told her he has it, and possibly a lot of them caused her to frown in worry.
If he were to suddenly ask her to sell all of it, she doesn't know what to answer him. If such rare flower were to be sold in bulk like that, she would definitely cause a commotion. Hell she was sure that chaos would definitely erupted.
'A war will definitely happen if master want to sell all of the flower he possesses.'
Before she could think further Vlad then made a thinking gesture and then looked at the flower in thought.
No matter how greedy he was, Vlad was not stupid. He knew just what kind of things that would happen if he were to sell all of that flowers.
"Well, to tell the truth. Since i was too lazy to clean my item bag back then, i keep it as it is, so i think it was around... Hmm, seven thousands?"
And that does it. With eyes wide open, so wide that it looks quite comical, Tiriel almost fainted when she heard that he has seven thousands Nirdel Flower.
Imagine just how expensive one flower was and now there's so much of them it could even buy several mountains and even kingdom with so much spare that could be used.
"Master!" Tiriel suddenly shouted. Her expression looked really serious and scary.
"W-what?"
"I will not forgive you if you want to sell all of them!"
"O-of course i wouldn't go that far. Just what kind of person do you think i am?"
With a cold sweat dripping down his back, Vlad was quite nervous being stared by such a beautiful lady with a disheveled clothes that barely covered her body.
Although he indeed planned to sell the flower, he was not stupid enough to just go and sell it just like that.
After thinking for a bit, he realised that the flower's price must've reached an astronomical figure to cause Tiriel to act like that.
So his brain although a not too focused, has started to form several plans to make sure that he could sell the flower safely and anonymously.
Tiriel upon hearing the question thrown by her master then make a dark face.
"A greedy fellow with power beyond mortal understanding."
"Kuh!"
With a face like he has been kicked in the nut, Vlad slumped his shoulder in defeat.
If he think about it again, when he was playing the game, he was indeed quite greedy. Not letting even a single penny go from his reach.
Taking everything that could be taken, and disposing things that not useful. With him acting like some kind of rich hedonistic young master, his image bound to be looked down upon.
But still, he didn't know that he's going to be in a situation where his game character became his real body.
"That doesn't count! I was still immature then! So that doesn't count! This is the real me, the me who has experienced the darkness and madness of humanity."
With a serious and grave tone, Vlad explained with a deadpan expression. He was definitely not trying to hide his embarrassment or anything like that.
Needless to say he was saying such lines that would only be said by a certain Chunnibyou.
"Hmm... Well actually, I'm kind of curious. What are you doing all this time master? Where are you when you disappeared from this world? Did you go to the realm of the gods?"
"What? Oh..." Taken by surprise, Vlad raised his eyebrows as he quickly rotated his brain to come up with a believable answer.
Making sure that he doesn't act suspiciously, he then continued. "That place is not what you thought it is. Such a place filled with corruption and greed should never be called the realm of the gods."
Vlad said with disgust and venom laced in his tone. The sneer and disdain on his face made it clear how terrible of a place it was.
At hearing what Vlad's was saying, Tiriel made a surprised face and then frowned deeply.
"If i may know master, just what kind of place is that?"
"Forget it, it's better if you didn't know."
Dismissing her question with a wave of his hand, Vlad then gave the flower in his hand to Tiriel.
"Anyway, here take it and if we have the chance let's sell it anonymously."
Tiriel was of course not satisfied with his dismissal and waved it like it was nothing. She was dying to know just where he was all this time, and to be dismissed like that annoyed her a bit.
But still, that was that and this is this. She know perfectly that her master's order was absolute, so she put that aside for now and focused at what her master told her. Yes she put that matter aside, for now.
"Certainly, master."
Taking the flower in his hand, Tiriel then made a wave with her right index finger. From that, a small cut in space appeared.
A dark black hole like tear then widened, just enough for her to put her hand inside it. And just like that, she then put the flower inside that black hole like thing.
