"Greetings second princess Haruka "
When Haruka saw Kaida come in, she got up and bowed. She saw that Kaida was followed by the twins Kana and Kanea.
"Greetings your highness and third prince and fifth princess of the dragon tribe"
The twins ran to Haruka and each embraced her on one side. Haruka placed her hands on their heads and rubbed their heads. She liked it when they behaved as ten-year-olds, because once their buds were turned they didn't look like that at all.
"It is good to see that you have already completed your task. Now that you are back you can participate in my training in the mornings. "
The twins smiled broadly and looked at Haruka with glittering eyes and said in unison
"We would like that Aunt Haruka!"
Haruka smiled and then turned to Kaida
"I assume that the twins are not with you for nothing and they have said everything you need to know"
Kaida signaled that they could sit down and looked at Haruka seriously
"They indeed came with a request, but they could not give many details without feeling embarrassed"
Haruka nodded and then turned to the twins.
"Tell me children was it a vision or a dream?"
Kanea sat up and said
"For me it was a dream and for my brother it was a vision. It happened in the middle of our task aunt. His eyes rolled back and he fell down, I had to place him away in our fire and .. "
Kana placed his hands to the mouth of Kanae and looked from Haruka to Kaida and back to Haruka.
"You talk to much, that is not what Aunt Haruka asked!"
Haruka laughed and grabbed Kanea's hand
"It's easy for you, do you mind if I look at your dream?"
Kanea nodded eagerly and closed her eyes at Haruka's request. Haruka also closed her eyes while she held Kanea's hand. After a few minutes she opened her eyes and gave Kanea a pat on the back
"Well done young lady"
Haruka released Kanea's hand and turned to Kana.
"Now it will be a bit harder for you because it is a vision, but I will do my best. Do you also find it okay if I look at your vision? "
Kana nodded and moved closer to Haruka. They always loved seeing Haruka in action.
"Okay, what do you prefer to use if u want to see. Is it cards, crystals, a glass sphere, precious stones, smoke or palm reading or something else?"
Kana thought for a moment and then looked at Haruka
"Aunt I use both precious stones and smoke, but I see more in the smoke"
Haruka smiled and stood up. She went to a chest of drawers that stood against the wall and took a candle from it.
"Would you light it yourself my dear"
Kana looked surprised at Haruka and was a bit skeptical because he knew that a candle did not get enough smoke to see anything. Despite that, he still lit the candle.
"Okay now that the candle is on, focus on finding the smoke coming from the flame."
Kana frowned but did what Haruka had asked him to do. After a while he saw a small cloud of smoke. He pointed to the cloud of smoke and said
"I found it aunt"
Haruka smiled and then blew in the direction that Kana was pointing. When she did that, the living room filled with smoke. Everyone except Kaida and Haruka were surprised.
Kaida was not surprised because she had spent a lot of time with their mother and had seen her use multiple ways to see someone's vision.
"Kana my darling can you look in the smoke and whatever you do keep looking in the smoke. I will see the reflection of your vision in your eyes "
Kana looked in the smoke but felt no signs that he would see a vision. Haruka, on the other hand, looked into his eyes and saw his whole vision flash by. When the vision was over, the smoke disappeared as if it had never been there.
"Thank you, you two have helped me well. It is now time for me to have a private conversation with your big sister. I expect to see you tomorrow morning during the training!"
The twins nodded enthusiastically and then gave Kaida a hug before leaving the sitting chamber. When the twins were gone, Haruka immediately looked seriously at Kaida.
"First of all I want to state that I have nothing against the heir to the dragon tribe Kenta. He is a worthy candidate and I can say for sure that he is the best on the list. But the fact is that he has the blood of a dragon. In addition to that there are already two seers in the dragon tribe, where the other two tribes have no seers. I would no longer be in balance because the dragon tribe would have three seers. "
Kaida listened to Haruka with attention and knew she had a point. But she felt that a surprise was waiting for her
"Having said that, I want to state that we have chosen Kenta as Hama's marriage partner. "
Haruka told Kaida the details of her dream and what she could make out of the vision of Kana and the dream of Kanea
"But I have a condition
Kaida looked with raised eyebrow to Haruka and said hesitantly
"What is your condition?"
Haruka took a sip of her tea and looked at Kaida
"One of the twins marries a suitable marriage partner from another tribe without a seer"
Kaida almost dropped her cup from her hands and gazed at Haruka
"You want me to agree to marry one of the twins into another tribe?"
Haruka nodded and said dry
" Yes."
Kaida looked bewildered at Haruka and asked again
"One of the twins? one of the visionaries twins? "
When Haruka confirmed again, Kaida rubbed her head. She knew best the twins' reputation. And even though they were only ten years old, she knew that only the parents of the dragon tribe wanted to marry their sons and daughters to them. Especially since their fighting style resembled their previous leader, the queen.
Kaida knew for sure that nobody in the snake tribe wanted them as a daughter-in-law or son-in-law. Especially because the standards and value of the snake tribe was more in line with the foxes tribe and was directly in line with those of the dragon tribe or the wolf tribe.
Even though the dragon tribe and wolf tribe were very similar in terms of Standards and values. They would rather not have the twins as daughter-in-law or son-in-law either, mainly because they found them ruthless and they stiffened with fear when they saw that their buds had been turned.
Kaida said doubtfull
"I will do my best, but I cannot promise anything. It had long been known that they themselves could not decide on their marriage because they are both a seer. Yet I had hoped that they had some say in it "
Hama laughed bitterly
"I understand what you mean, Hama is lucky that Kenta was on the list of candidates, otherwise I would have to disappoint her. Anyway I understand that it will be difficult with the reputation of the twins. But they are still young, let's hope that time would make them softer. "
Haruka stood up and made a small bow
"It is about time I went, it hurts me to bother you with this and not your mother. I have already discussed my proposal with the elders and Teru is currently visiting your father "
Kaida also got up and nodded
"It also hurts me aunt, but that's how life goes. I am happy to have spoken to you. "
