The flame appeared out of nowhere, it moved and turned into a spiral then it burns the monster with no mercy.
Magic, it's not their first time seeing it. Yet they still opened both of their eyes wide in surprise. To use magic, the human race needs to chant. It was because a human cannot control their magic flow directly. The only existence that is capable to control their magic power directly is demonic-beast.
And that is the reason demonic-beast has a core inside them. It gives the beast power and weakness at the same time.
They burn well the rat with a human form like it raised their death cry before they're completely scorched.
In the exploration of Great Dungeon this time, Brian hire 4 people from the Magic Guild. It was because of his bad feeling from yesterday remain. And, it's not like there will be any problem if he brought magicians, more like the Heroes is excited from it. "With this, we'll be able to see so many kinds of magic right?" Arata said it with his eyes sparkling with excitement, just like a kid.
"Good work everyone, Let's keep go on like this without letting your guard down."
It was Brian who gives praise and order at the same time.
As always, Runa just stands there just like a princess. But she shrugged her shoulder while telling herself to be patient. Because there's no telling what kind of problem will appear before them inside this great dungeon.
Even though Runa doesn't kill much, her level still goes up. She's looking at the place where the rat demonic-beast's scorched. And noticed someone is staring at her, it was Shizuku.
Ever since the day she talked about her dream, Shizuku always took a peek at Runa occasionally even though she was in the middle of battle. "Is she still worried about that dream?" Runa thought inside her head.
But when their eyes met, Shizuku smiles, mockingly at her. Responding to that, Runa smiled wryly. But inside, she was pretty pissed when she looked at that smile.
(It's not like I want to be like this.)
As she looked around her. She was in the middle, and her surrounding was the knight, the other Heroes, and people from Magic guild at her behind. It was a perfect formation with body guarding purpose.
But unlike before, Shizuku doesn't display her disappointment face. Shizuku already got grasp of Runa expression, and she noticed that Runa is a bit pissed off because of her.
"Don't let your guard down even if this is your third time inside the great dungeon. The monster with big Core is dangerous!"
The bigger the core, the more dangerous the magic that monster has. They gained this knowledge back then from the combat training with Brian.
Then, the party went inside the door that leads to the next floor.
They're being wary when they open the door to the 25th floor. Because no one can tell what kind of surprise attack will come. But there is no such thing. They feel relieved as they sigh and keep walking even further inside the floor.
Strangely, there is no presence of the demonic-beast at all. Even Runa couldn't sense any that are hiding inside the shadow. It was strange as they think a great dungeon is a place full of demonic-beast.
Some of them gulped as they feel a chill from the strange situation, but they keep walking even further while being wary of the surrounding. They keep advancing until they meet the door that leads the next floor without crossing any demonic-beast.
"This is... Definitely strange, right?" One knight said it as he looked at the door to the next floor.
"Ahh. I know." Brian said it as he looked around.
The strange part is, there's no demonic-beast at all. How can this happen? Maybe because adventurer came to this floor and kill all the demonic beast. And this is the strange part. Then, where is the demonic-beast corpse? There's no way adventurer would bring the demonic-beast corpse back to the city unless they gonna do some strange ritual.
After that, Brian take a step closer to the door that leads to the next floor. But a strange sensation is lingering on his feet as he walks. It was slimy and thick, it was a sensation that every veteran knight who's experienced in fight with human would recognize.
"Bring light,"Lamp"."
After that, a lump of light appeared out of nowhere and taking a ball form. It brightens his vision more than the Sun Mirror Ore does. What his foot stepping on is a sea of blood.
"Everyone, please be careful of your surrounding. There is something!"
Brian yelled with his anxious face, he definitely loses his cool as he said that.
There was a small movement. But no one noticed it as it moves. Its appearances is that of a walking mountain with its huge body that was made from stone. A huge ruby's embedded on its back. Its whole body is full of mosses it actually just looked like nothing but a piled up stone.
Until one of the magic girls noticed the huge and beautiful ruby, on its back. It was so beautiful that the girl forgot about her situation. She walks out of her formation to get a closer look at the ruby. When she was about 2 steps away from the Ruby, the ruby moved and made the girls stop walking.
Thinking it was just her imagination, she once again walks closer to the ruby with her face as if she found a treasure box. But, this time the Ruby definitely move, until a stone that looked like its face is right in front of the girls. At that moment,
Roooawwrrrr!
It raised its roar when it realized that there's something near. The roar made the whole party looked at the source of the sound.
"L-lies... Why the hell..... Ruby Golem is here?"
The girls that just right in front of the Ruby Golem said so as she showed her frightened expression. Her body cowers in fear to the extent that standing is all she could do. No, not just that girl. Everyone who looked at the Ruby golem is the same.

It was Arata who said it as loud as he could to bring Brian back to his sense while carrying the Guild girls. Naturally, the guild girls looking at Arata as her White Horse Prince. To put it simply, she fell for him.
But after hearing Arata yells, everyone at that place came back to their senses. Looking around wondering what to do.
"Everyone! Pull back! We cannot fight that monster with these numbers."
By Brian orders, Everyone is trying to retreat while keeping their formation. Arata used his Highspeed Movement to go back to his position while carrying the girls. He wanted to release the girl but, because the girl still trembling, he thought of carrying her until he judged the situation is already safe.
Runa is looking at her surrounding. Unlike the knights and the magic guild girls, all the heroes still have composures on their face. Runa still looking her surrounding to search something she can use to restrict the Ruby Golem movement. There was an option of using her limiter off transmutation, but. If she does that, she will have no stamina left on her body because of mana exhaustion. She looked around and accidentally see the Ruby Golem.
Her appraisal is activating only to show how impossible it was to defeat the Golem. With the Golem skill
They keep running full speed until the door to the previous floor is visible. Hope is returning to their eyes, just to be destroyed again. The golem stake its bole to the ground. Next, the ground vibrates. This resulted the people from the knights and magic guild stopped running.
They tried to keep their balance to prevent themselves from falling. Some of them is holding to closest object, so they didn't fall. Not that long, the ground stop vibrating. And the golem didn't come close to them, just standing while holding his bole. "Chance" one knight run as fast as he could to the door, he opened the door just to found out a bunch of stone blocked it.
"Th-the way is...."
The man yelled trying to convey the things he saw before him.
"Wha-!?"
Brian run to the door to confirm the things he heard, and it turned out to be a fact. He closes both of his eyes while thinking what to do in this situation, he couldn't afford to lose the heroes here. Next, he tried to tap the bunch of the stone with his sheathed sword. But from the sound he judged that the stone doesn't block the door only, it blocked all the way to the previous floor doors.
(There's no other way than to fight 'huh?)
He unsheathes the sword, and he points it upward. He closed both of his eyes, and take a deep inhale, and breathe it out slowly. The next time he opened both of his eyes, it was already full of determination.
"Everyone, please listen!" He said it as loud as he could and paused for a while. After making sure all the attention is on him, "We have no other choice but to fight. I know this will be a hard battle, but. Let's give it our all and surpass the Strongest man!"
This made all the people there looked at each other for a while and nodded. A determination can be seen on their faces but at that moment, Zrashh a cutting sound can be heard. One of the Ruby Golem hand's severed by Arata's spear that shines a light.
