Angel blankly stared at the walls around her, she could hear the screams of tortured people nearby, it was slowly driving her insane. She could not tell how many hours she had spent here, but if she had to guess, she'd say it was about six. A man in surgical scrubs and a mask walked up to her, he glanced at the clipboard in his hands for a moment before looking back at her. He bent down to her level, for a moment there was silence, then he spoke.
"Hey there little buddy, it's time for your inspection, so I'm just gonna inject you with a little something to make you all relaxed, then we're gonna get you all cleaned up!" The corners of his eyes wrinkled and if Angel could've seen his mouth behind the mask she would guess it was a cheery smile. She was taken aback by his delighted attitude, but before she could even utter a single word, a needle was being pushed into her arm.
He took her down many hallways, all of them were cream in color and extremely hospital-like in feeling. Angel tried to memorize which way they had gone but due to the similar walls she could not, she smiled bitterly in the realization that this is how they must keep prisoners from escaping, well that and the injections.
Finally, he led her to a large room, it had a large cubicle with an inverted dome shape in the middle. There were many bottles of different shapes and sizes and labels, there was also a giant pair of what looked to be clippers, Angel did not want to find out what those were for.
"Alrighty! Let's start the process by getting you undressed sweety." The man spoke up from behind her, then grabbed her arm gently as he motioned toward the cubicle. Angel was shocked, did he really expect her to just strip? She didn't know what to do.
The man watched her for a moment before shaking his head, "I thought you might be a difficult one, here let me help." He cornered her in the cubicle and took her dress off rather forcefully. "I'm sorry about this, but you'll be fine once I get the bath going!" He smiled, but Angel only frowned as he put her clothes in a bin in the corner of the room.
