It was the summer night, a girl in her early 20's can be seen being seated in the beautiful cafe, near the window. She was looking outside. Her deep blue eyes were shining like stars in the dark sky, she was looking like an angel in her white dress.
It looked like that she was waiting for someone, may be, because five empty cup of coffee can be seen on the table in front of her.
She checked her phone and sighed heavily, "Again late?? When you'll come??"
The moment she sighed, a boy can be seen entering into the cafe.. breathing heavily. He looked as the same age of the girl. He was looking smart and charming in his white shirt and blue denim jeans, top two buttons of his shirt were opened, which was full on giving "Korean Boyfriend" feels to everyone.
Every girl present in the cafe can be seen drooling over him, but what about him.. well he was busy searching for certain someone.
He looked around the cafe, and after looking around for whole 2 minutes, he finally spotted that certain someone. The moment he found that certain someone, his deep brown eyes which was busy before searching someone.. now shone brightly.. so brightly that anyone can see stars twinkling in his eyes, a smile broke out on his lips making him more alluring and more charming.
"So beautiful!!" He mumbled, seeing that certain someone. He smiled, "My beautiful, LinLin!!" he took her name like prayer.
Song LinLin didn't noticed his arrival because she was seated back facing him.
That boy quickly fixed his white shirt and went to her, he took slow steps, without making any noise.
He covered her eyes from back, "Who am I??"
Song LinLin sighed, "Who else it can be.. the same irresponsible boyfriend who make his girlfriend wait for him by two hours.." sarcasm and annoyance can be heard from her voice, "the famous.. Mr. Han Tian!!"
Han Tian chuckled lightly seeing his girl annoyed. He quickly hugged her and tried to reason with her for being late after sitting across her, "Actually Baby.. what happened na.. my car tyre.. it got flat.. so it took whole 30 minutes for me to change it.. then when I was on my way.. I got stuck into traffic.. uff.. traffic was so heavy.. that's why I got late." He said all those words like he really suffered that much.
"Again same stupid reasons!! What?? Car Tyre got flat?? How many times.. just how many times his car tyres got flat.. may be 365 days a year!! And what.. changed the Tyre himself. Dude!! Are you a car mechanic, or what?? How dare you lie to me.. that's too right on my face!!" Song LinLin thought.
"Oh Really??" She acted along, "Oh.. poor baby!!"
"Exactly.. your poor baby!!" Han Tian really acted like poor baby, but quickly changed his emotions, "But do you know.. what happened after that??" Han Tian continued with his lies, after observing that Song LinLin believed in his lies, but poor guy.. little he did knew that someone was planning his murder.
"I'll kill you, Han Tian.. if you say that you stopped by to help an old granny to cross roads.. and blah blah blah..!!" Song LinLin thought.. grabbing knife in her right hand.. secretly. But still she acted along with him.
"Ohh.. What happened then??" Song LinLin said like that she is really interested.
"Say it. Say it. I'm ready with my knife to cut your throat!! Go on!!" She thought.
"You know what.. when the traffic got cleared, I saw one old granny trying to cross road on her own and she was carrying heaving bag.. so I stopped by and helped her cross the road.." Han Tian proudly kept telling her old same lies with stupid smile on his face, "And you know na baby.. I can't see old people like this. I don't feel good."
"I knew it!! I so knew it!! Mr. Han.. are you Jesus Christ?? How can you be so good in telling the same story again and again without getting tired?? And more than that.. how can you tell the same story with exactly same expression?? You shameless dog!! Don't you get bored?? Are you tired of living??" Song LinLin thought.
Actually, she didn't know whether to laugh or cry in this situation. She is hearing the same story from last three years. He always tells her the same story every time whenever he get late for their dates.
"Ohh.. I see that what had happened. That's why.. you got late." She said, calmly.
"Hmm.. yeah.. that exactly what happened!!" Han Tian sighed, secretly praying that she would believe in his lies and will not get mad at him. But sadly, damage was already done by him.
"Poor Guy!!" Even the cute writer of this novel pity him... "I PITY YOU.. HAN TIAN!!"
"Han Tian!! Do you really take me as a fool or something.. Hmm??" She got pissed off, after seeing him sighing.
"How dare he sigh like that?? I'll kill him this time!!" Song LinLin thought. She tried very hard to control her anger and try not to strangle him out.
"She didn't believe me.. she saw through my lies. Jesus!! I'm dead!! To hell with you novel writer!!" Han Tian thought, scoffing the novel writer.
Funny Guy!! "YOU ARE SO FUNNY.. HAN TIAN!!" Our cute novel writer thought.. sarcasm should be noticed!
Han Tian looked at her sheepishly and didn't uttered any word, after seeing her holding a knife. He gulped his saliva in fear and stammered, "I-I'm sorry.. LinLin. I promise.. this is the last time I came late. I promise.. I'll come early next time.. for sure!!"
"There will be no more next time again.. My Love!!" Song LinLin replied, sarcastically.
"Why??"
Song LinLin, "Because today I'm gonna kill you!!"
